Everything would have been fine and great until pickup time.... You said be there at 10 to 4. Dogs to be released at 4. We were. We were there early to ensure we were on time. You tell me I have to wait 25 minutes to get MY dog back because some other guy can't do what he is told and show up on time!?! I expected them to want to move through things quickly as they are more high volume, but they took their time answering everyone’s questions, the staff was very informative and super pleasant! This clinic only does spay and neutering all day long. When you only do one thing you tend to become very good at it. I trusted my very expensive purebred kitten to them for that reason. I was absolutely thrilled with every aspect of the procedure. From the staff.. to the information and directions both pre and post-op. Also the incision was tiny... no stitches to have removed (neuter) and it healed with zero complications!!! I have another Kitten that I will be bringing there to be spayed and I trust she will be in excellent hands! Read Less

I took my pup here today to get him fixed this was most amazing place ever the staff were very helpful they also call me after his surgery was done to let me know he resting up from it... all I got to say is I'm giving it a 5 stars forsure it was my first time taking a pet there but they did a good job on keeping me updated on how he was doing and I love that so thanks again everyone he doing amazing.. brought my puppy here to get neutered and they put the cone on his neck too tight and it created a hot spot, his entire right side of his neck was cut open and I had to bring him to the emergency clinic to get medication.. $150 later, the clinic said they would refund me for it and they only refunded me $50 and neglected to pay the actual vet fee which was $65 to bring him there. Very unprofessional, called several times and each time the girl on the phone told me something different. The last time I went there to hand in my receipt for the money I actually heard one of the vets say "tell her it's not our problem anymore" needless to say.. it's been since November or so and I'm still waiting for my refund, let alone the fact my dog has a scar on his neck now. I brought my dog princess in to get fix. I get there fill out the paperwork and everything. Told me if i didnt pick her up on time they would send her to the pound. I asked the girl at the desk of that was tru she said yes the ppl that work there are so rude idc it might get your dog or cat fixed but they dont tell you if your animal is pregnant they just kill the babies and go on with the fixing. Now i kbow this is rude and everything i know i just dont want anything like that to happen to any of your animals and the two girls that told me that both got fired!!! Read Less

After loosing a cat from being fixed about 2 years ago at this clinic i had a very bitter taste in my mouth about getting my dog neutered there. Expressed my concerns to the staff and they called me as soon as his surgery was done letting me know he was ok and resting. Just had to have my kitten put back under general anesthesia to repair umbilical hernia and massive adhesions. I certainly will not recommend this clinic. I was shocked when I picked her up in December at the way the incision was bundled together with glue. Read Less

Just wanted to say how great the clinic is. We had our dog Angel spayed there today and I could not be happier. We have had other dogs done in other places and never had as good an experience. The time taken at discharge to give explicit instructions was awesome. The package they give you to take home with information was nice. They also clipped her nails and checked her ears etc. Sent us home with pain meds. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend. . Read Less

I took my Lilly there last week the staff was great with her and it only cost $50 plus $15 for a cone they recommended it so she wouldn't lick her stitches and im glad I got it shes healing great ! Thanks to all the wonderful staff Read Less
