I can't say enough wonderful things about Callbeck Animal Hospital. My husband and I have taking all our pets there for years and the staff has always gone above and beyond. We don't have the best luck with pets, but Dr. Callbeck and Dr. Snider have always given us the support and guidance we have needed to provide the best care for our little guys. Recently, we had to put down our dog Hercules, which was heartbreaking to anyone who knew him. Dr. Snider helped us through this difficult process and again went above and beyond. We knew we could trust any advice Dr. Snider provided us with because he wanted to save Herc as much as we did. Unfortunately it didn't end the way any of us wanted. On the day we went to pick up Hercules' ashes we came home to a wonderful card and inked prints of Hercules' paws in the mailbox. It meant more to us then anyone will ever know. We struggle everyday with the loss of Hercules but the staff at Callbeck Animal Hospital makes sure you know you are not alone. I had been bringing my pets to this clinic for years. I brought my cat with vomiting issues to this vet and, after 3 visits and SO MUCH up selling by all the staff, nothing was resolving. I've only been here once. The staff and doctor that I saw were very friendly and kind. I came here because my pet rat had an infection and not many vets see rodents. The doctor was hopeful even though the infection was pretty bad... He gave us antibiotics and my rat's infection healed up quite well to our surprise. The staff at Callbeck are amazing! My 6 month old puppy ingested something he shouldn't have. They put me at ease and my pup. Rudy was beside himself when it came to the xrays and they did all that they could to make the situation easier on us. We were lucky and had a great outcome without having to do surgery. Dr. Kleinberg even called me at home to say how relieved he was at the good news that Rudy was able to pass the foreign object on his own. Great service, friendly staff! Read Less

Callbeck has been a godsend, they truly care about our animals.We have had bad experiences with veterinarians specifically Ritson animal hospital. They give the proper diagnosis the first time, and if you don't have the money up front they provide other options to pay them. Sorry no payment plan but they suggest a equally acceptable option. This is the best clinic I have been to. They gave us a tour the first time we came in to check things out. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your furry family member. They always recommend the gold standard because its obvious they take pride in providing the absolute highest level of care for your pet...but are very understanding of each person's individual circumstances. Surgery costs are very fair and their facility is beautiful! Heated floors and open concept quiet recovery area. My dogs love Dr. Callbeck and Dr. Snider. This is an amazing place to bring your animals. We've been using Callbeck Animal hospital for years now. We have brought our dogs Austin and Wrinkles there. Now we have cats Boo, Butterhope, Zippers and Zippy. My mom has brought her dog Toto and I believe her cats too plus my brother has brought his dogs and now the one Ginger. We've been to the old site and now the new one and I must say the whole atmosphere there is relaxing not only for your animals but for you too. The girls at the front desk are very friendly. One of the vets themselves in particular seems more like a sales woman then a vet. This really makes me struggle with trusting the results given to me with regards to my pet. I've had the other vets that work there and they are wonderful. But I always manage to get the one that makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and incompetent. Its very clean and a beautiful office, just unfortunate that I don't think I can continue going back due to feeling like things are always being pushed for me to pay for. Read Less
