I've been bringing my 9 year old dog here for almost two years and I've always had great service, she is an all around healthy dog but needed x-rays and treatment for back issues. The doctors were great; patient and very kind, now she is able to go up stairs again no problem. Many of my friends have even switched over from their previous vet to come to White Oaks. Very friendly and caring staff, great prices and nice hospital. Would recommend to anyone! Read Less

The doctors are patient and review every option available for the treatment of your animal, without pressuring you into anything. The girls there are wonderful, they're friendly and always happy to greet me. I've even recommended friends here and they've been so happy with the service they received that they switched clinics! 10/10 service and staff! Read Less

Absolute WORST vets clinic that will abuse your animal. My sister took her German Shepherd puppy here to have EAR DROPS put in. She was told she was not allowed in the room for this despite being in the room for every other visit with him and her dog was returned to her with an extremely swollen eye filled with broken blood vessels that resulted in a multiple hundred dollar Toronto eye specialist trip that determined the dog was either struck in the eye or had his face pushed so hard against the table that it caused trauma to his eye. Do not bring ANY of your animals here unless you want them abused during their appointment for simply being nervous. Read Less

White Oaks Animal Hospital is the worst veterinary office I've ever been to!! I took my cat there to be neutered and had to take him back a day or so later because the incision opened. The vet and his assistant started working on his little ball sac with a pair of tweezers and needle nose pliers without any anesthetic or freezing. Then another vet came in and the 3 of them held him down while he screamed! Then they took him to the back of the clinic where I thought they would at least give him some freezing but they didn't. I could see them and they just held him down and continued working on him while he screamed. I've never heard a cat scream like that in all my years of cat ownership. This cat was the sweetest, calmest and affectionate cat before I took him there. Now he scratches and bites us so hard that he draws blood. They may be cheaper than other vets but believe me, you get what you pay for!! Get Outlook for Android Read Less

Great Clinic! My hubby and I took a big step and rescued two cats this year and were looking for a great vet to bring them too. As a place that’s close to home and that had great reviews we decided to try White Oaks! As a new owner you want the best for your furbabies! Being new to the idea of having cats I can honestly say this clinic has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the vet visits and our decision to be cat parents. When our one was overweight they recommended a diet for her and it’s working great they even offered a follow up appointment to keep her weight monitored. Our other guy came home from the rescue with a cold. Dr. Nasir not only took the time to diagnose but explained why it happened and even offered some medications for us to purchase to help! Our fur babies have never been happier. They even answered our questions about other care related questions about food and illnesses. They trimmed their nails and showed us how to for at home without us ever feeling rushed or judged for asking “silly” questions. Even the front staff here are pet owners and can answer small questions when the doctor isn’t available. Our girl initially had first visit jitters and we couldn’t get her in the carrier so we had to cancel. They not only understood and rescheduled quickly but also offered us advice to try and help us out initially. The appointments went so well the cats come home and hug each other. Our girl is so comfortable in the car now, no distress meowing on the way to the Vet, our little guy is still warming up to the doctor. The vet clinic helped them bond :) Read Less

I would put less than one if I could. My dog had a tumor in his left side of his body. I took him to Dr. Nasir when the tumor was small. I asked him what was going on and if this was a problem. He did test (I had to pay for) and when the results were in told me I have nothing to worry about it was a fatty tissue tumor. He did not mention that within 3 months the tumor would get bigger and not possible to be removed. Not only that but if it could be removed it would be more dangerous and harmful to my dog, but more dangerous to take out and more expensive. When he told me that he could not do it and the specialist had to be called it would cost me over $2000. It now cost 5000 or more to remove(if possivle) My dog is my best friend in this world and he is my reason to come home. I am a true dog lover. Unfortunately I was not very rich so I took my dog to Mr. Nasir after hearing he would do good work for good prices. Biggest Mistake of my life period. The $40 I saved off the appointment cost me thousands (if the tumor can be removed) if not much more then money value my dogs life. I am at a total loss be used nothing can be done to him for pretty much killing my dog slowly and painfully as the tumor grows. That's why you take your animal to the vet to find out what's wrong ALL the information. That's not even half the story. When I took him back after the tumor was big he said oh it's a big dog almost 10 not worth removing because he can die soon!?!? My last dog lived until she was 14! Amazing with our 3 dogs. I had huge trust issues after one of our dogs died at 7 months old during his neutering surgery at another clinic. White Oak's made me feel comfortable and put me at ease leaving our newest edition with them. Called me during the surgery to let me know everything was going well. Very knowledgeable, affordable and thorough. My other older dog was terrified of being at the vets so when it came time when we had to say good-bye I requested he be put down in the comfort of our own home in which they did for us. The facilities are very nice and clean and the woman at the front is absolutely fantastic, but the vet I saw talked down to me and spent a lot of time unnecessarily explaining things to me. Even after I told him I planned on spaying my dog when she's old enough, he went on about all the risks of not spaying her. He did this with a multiple subjects and then lectured me on the food I'm giving my puppy. He was very upset when I refused to put her on vet food, but I work in the dog food industry and vet food is far from the best option for a perfectly healthy puppy. The vets are very knowledgeable, and know what they're doing but I personally found their bedside manner left much to be desired so I will not be returning. Read Less

Angela is amazing also just wish she was in more often as I trust her very much as a vet tech and my babies love her. Both Dr's treat me well which is nice considering I spend a small fortune on my pets each year, but they are worth it. Read Less

I take my family of cats to Dr Nasir and his staff for any and all medical needs. Dr Nasir is fantastic and has saved two of my cats' lives by being thorough and dedicated and not leaving a stone un-turned. At the same time I know that I am not paying for superfluous services and do not have a heart attack when it is time to pay. His assistants are lovely - Leslie, Angela and Lee make me and my cats feel like family. I believe that I will never go to another vet as I have complete trust in all of the crew here. I am so glad to have been referred by a friend. Read Less

They sent me a beautiful card and poem after. Read Less

Read Less
