I have nothing but good things to say about the clinic and all the staff. Sadly, I've lost two dogs (older, rescue dogs) in the past two years and the care and support given to them by the vets and staff was wonderful. My other dog needed an ACL surgery and the vets recommended, due to her size, she have the surgery done at the 404 Emergency Vet. I did and she has recovered beautifully! I believe many vets would have not recommended her surgery be done at another clinic. I highly recommend Stouffville! Read Less

The staff went above and beyond all my expectations taking our 14 year Golden Retriever Jack's 20 teeth out, after another Vet said they couldn't do it. These were anxious moments for my family and me. The surgury went so well. After doing all the preliminary tests and analysis they answered every possible question I asked. I never felt pressured or nervous. The staff and Dr. Paul were kind and respectful, fair and honest. Honestly, this is really the first time I ever felt this way about a Veterinary office. Stouffville vet clinic is amazing ! I've been taking my furry family members here since I was a young girl and now that I have two dogs as a adult I continue to take them here. The staff goesAbove and beyond to make sure our babies are always well taken care of , even calling in and checking in on them weeks after our visits. When we started taking our 10 month old French bulldog Ruby here at almost 3 months old she had a number of serious health conditions, if it wasn't for Dr.Ashbourne and all the wonderful staff she may not have made it through. I drive up from East York in Toronto in order to attend Stouffville Vet Clinic. It's well worth the trip. We came upon the clinic when looking for a veterinarian for our new puppy. Our friends recommended SVC, and we haven't looked back since. The hours are convenient to our work schedule, the administrative staff are professional and responsive, and the vets are first rate. We were very impressed with the time the vet took to explain all of the different vaccination protocols. Moreover, they explained the different rationales and cost/benefits of each approach. We felt like we were making an informed, collaborative decision instead of just being told what to do. Our dog doesn't even seem to mind getting his shots from the vet staff. They wait until he's comfortable and distracted so when they administer the vaccination, he is too distracted to care. It's quite encouraging to see the time they put in to making sure the animals are happy, as well as healthy. I strongly encourage taking your pet to SVC.Read Less
