poor diagnostics that lead to more problems. took our dog in for an ear yeast infection back in Sept 2016. the prescribed ear drops that took care of the problem on surface, but the same issue kept coming up. took the dog back and they said she is allergic to something. we kept troubleshooting and putting drops in her ear. problem would still come back and got even more severe to a point that all her body was infected with rashes and she was smelling horrible while scratching herself crazy. took her back they advised on a shampoo. started washing the dog on daily basis with that shampoo but the issue remained. took her to another vet and they prescribed medicine for her to take. i felt that they deal with problems on the surface and lack ability to do deep root cause analysis. it is good for business though as you paying off their bills by going back over and over and over again. i am sure they are descent in some areas but my experience wasn't good at all. the new Vet was shocked with their recommendations and didn't understand why they didnt prescribe medicine instead of drops as it would have prevented the issue to spread all over her body and her to suffer for 9 months. I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Jason Steinman and the amazing team who works at the Stouffville and Uxbridge Thicketwood Vet Hospital. Our little Georgie went in on Tuesday morning and we had no idea what was wrong with her. Jason called us multiple times during her stay there to let us know what was going on and to give us updates and we are so happy to hear she has perked right back up and we will be picking her up at some point today. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for such amazing care with George! She had the most amazing care and we are so thankful for such a quick recovery! Read Less
