I brought my daughter’s dog, Cyclone, to this hospital for evaluation of poor feeding and respiratory difficulties. The physician was thorough with his examination and recommendations for Cyclone. He was very empathetic and understanding as Cyclone’s condition was dire. He’s was able to support us with our decision for comfort care at home. Dr Bidlon is an amazing, kind and generous man and his staff are very helpful and kind. He truly loves his job and animals. He has even made a house call to vaccinate my dog as she has anxiety when attending office. I recommend all of my friends /family to him. Very thankful to have him as my veterinarian. I've been bringing my 3 cats here for a few years and they're so helpful! My one cat has anxiety issues and they discussed options with me in depth. Another cat needed emergency dental surgery, but then due to him having a chest infection it had to be delayed for him to take medication. I was told his follow up appt would be free due to this being an unexpected expense, and the cost to put him under again would be covered when a future dental surgery is scheduled. all of this was explained to me so well and I was assured that it was for the safety of my pet. The vet also called a couple times for follow up, which made me feel good about them really caring. Not worthy of any star's but had to put one to post this . This vet is all about money and not about your furbaby. My pup at 3 months old had to be put down Oct 3 2016 for leptospirosis which he told me he did give my pup his" LIER" and when I went to him again today to show him proof that my new vet was pissed and my pup passed away cause this vet sucks and has no idea what he's talking about or just don't care. We need to trust are vet specially when it comes to are furbabies and you can't with him. All you see is dollar sign's in his eyes not love for your pets he for sure is giving Dr Branton a bad name with it still on the sign. Hate this doctor and will do everything possible to make it none to everyone I know. He says the shots for lepto will protect he's lying there are so many strains its impossible to protect them and us humans can get it and there is no shots here in Canada that gives them out.
