Dr. Buday and her team have provided medical services for our pup Sophie for the last 13 years. This vet clinic is professional, friendly and compassionate. They were diligent in their care of Sophie throughout the years, reminding us of important vaccinations and milestones - even sending reminders of her birthday every year. On December 4, we had to put our beloved pet down. It was a decision no one wanted to make. Dr. Buday was compassionate and gave us her professional opinion, always keeping in mind Sophie's prognosis and our suffering, which we appreciated. Sophie passed with the 4 of us comforting her as she went on her final voyage. Many might argue that she was "just" a dog. However, until you have had a pet who was such a crucial part of your family, particularly, during the years when I was raising my children, you don't understand the pain. Not only was the staff at Northview compassionate and accommodating, they were empathetic; they understood what we were going through and supported us like family. A week after Sophie passed, we received a beautiful condolence card and a print of Sophie's paw. The card was heartfelt and sincere. Not only did Northview Pet Hospital take excellent care of Sophie when she was alive, they remembered us in our grief. Their compassion as a unit of professionals speaks to the humanity that all the doctors, vet techs and office staff have for their clients. We will never forget your love! Excellent service and care. The staff and doctor will take great care of your pet. There are very few places that you can trust that will not only explain in detail and actually be caring and compassionate with your animal, you your family and friends. Northview pet hospital will always be recommended by us to all of friends and family because they are true pet lovers and professionals. No one is perfect but this clinic always strives to improve and resolve any issues quickly that arise with professionism, care, attention to small details and sound medical advice. Would you start a diet or medication without medical advice or consultation from a human doctor..then why not treat your pet the same. We did and thanks to them our pets have lived long happy and less stressful lives. The questions regarding Diseases will always be a part of life, Northview helps get answers and solutions for our families and friends.
To the person who gave a one star,, to the person below(Andrew viola,) commented below my question to you is why wait till the last minute to get get food for your dog? And then turn and blame your own vet and this vet?.please reserve your one stars for those who really dont care about the medical health of all pets. I have been a client for over 15 years and they always give professional medical advice.

Never heard of a place that will not sell you dog food without a prescription. Kind of ridiculous my dog had to go hungry because they could not get a hold of my regular vet. Honestly unbelievable.
