On September 6th, I took in my cat Sydney she had kidney disease and it had progressed to the point of her not doing well, I made the decision to let her go. From the time I walked in I became very emotional the staff was excellent, I was able to hold her the whole time through, Brigitte and Dr Jane were very reassuring which was appreciated. I have been a client for 20 yrs this past year I was visiting a lot with Sid, Dr Esther knew her well and all the staff and I felt a sincere concern for her care.
