So grateful for Dr. Saini. Our very sick elderly cat was being treated by another vet that was charging us an arm and a leg and he was getting worse every day. We needed a second opinion. Dr. Saini was thorough and his treatment effective. Although our cat will never recover from his kidney failure, I feel confident that we will be able to make him comfortable and as happy as we can now that we have all the information about his condition. His previous vet did not give us any options to treat his discomfort and sent us home with the wrong food for a kidney cat. The office is not fancy but the fees are reasonable and Dr. Saini is very accommodating and patient, even with worried cat parents who call him a little too often. I had been looking for a knowledgible and affordable vet. for a long time, luckily my search has ended.  Dr. Saini was my previous dog's vet., but he left his associated clinic, I didn't know where he went.  Recently my dog needed to see a vet. for his anus glands problem.  I went through many animal hospital websites, thankfully, I have finally found him.  I just visited his own clinic 2 times already, it's spacey and clean, there was parking at the door steps. Best Vet ever!!!!I took our inherited cat in for her first vet visit . The vet asked all kinds of lifestyle questions before we got to the examination. During the exam he was both professional and with the way he handled our cat clearly compassionate. He addressed all of our concerns and gave his opinion on others I had not even thought of. He was clearly interested in our cat's wellbeing rather than  suggesting innoculations and tests that were not necessary at this time as he advised against some of them after asking about her habits and given her age which is about 15. Also he picked up the our cat had lower back issues so we discussed treatment options with the option of x-rays in the future if pain management does not work. I was determined to do a blood test because she is a senior cat and he did not disused nor encourage me. This office is far from glamorous, however Dr.Saini is amazing. After a horrible experience at another local vet I went to him for a second opinion. He didn't try to guide me down a path of treatment which would cost me time and trauma on my dog. He assessed the issue promptly and kindly explained the diagnosis for my dog, making sure I understood everything clearly. He had compassion and was professional. He acted fast and aggressively toward taking the proper steps to making me girl well again. I felt confident that he made an accurate diagnosis right away and did everything in his power to help her. He is providing a free follow up and has answered every phone call today to help me. I felt as though his prices were extremely reasonable, and was so impressed and greatful that he cared. I have never written a review on anything on my life but I hesitated to go to this clinic because he isn't so up to speed on social media precense. He honestly helped me so much, I came into his clinic in tears, absolutely devastated and I left confident that everything will be okay and proper steps were taken to ensure that. My male cat got sick for the first time so you can imagine the panic and urgency we felt when trying to get him to a clinic. I called the Junction West Animal Hospital and told him our situtation and asked if he could see us (we had never visited the clinic before.) Dr. Saini said for us to come in right away so we did.m Upon arriving, he saw us and our cat right away. Did a checkup and advised us of the best next steps. He even gave us a price run down before we said yes. I really appreciated that he didnt hide any costs and gave us options and let us know which steps should be done right away and which were optional. He was straight forward and considerate of the situtation. We left our cat there for a few hours to run some tests and came back to pick him up sooner than expected! The prices were very reasonable and better yet, our little guy is feeling better. :) I def would recommend this Animal hospital! I have lived in this area since 1988 and have had several pets and experiences with ALL the vets in the area. Dr. Raina (may be misspelled) is the best bar none! I have two neighbours that I drove and accompanied to the vet visit. This guy is like an "animal whisperer". The asst. thought one pet was "feral" and anyone would has assumed the same due to the fear it displayed. As soon as the vet took over the cat went almost limp, allowing him to even clip her nails (no charge). Last week we had to have our pet rat euthanized as there was absolutely no hope and he was suffering. The vet took care of this for us immediately in a very sensitive kind fashion. Other vets I called wanted to charge for an exam and then to put it to sleep too! Never mind the horror stories I could go into about the other "money hungry" vets I have experienced in the area. It is a small practice so far but I would seriously refer anybody with a pet in any area of Toronto to go there for kind and reasonably priced services. Read Less

Last weekend my mother had to put down the cats that we've had and loved for 12 years. The vet was incredibly sensitive and compassionate. The cost was very reasonable compared to other places we had looked at. Most important though, the vet recognized my mother's situation, and was extremely professional thoughtful and caring. At about 5:30 pm on a Friday night, our dog tore her dew claw almost clean off. We packed her up in the car immediately and started driving towards our regular vet's office while calling them to let them know we were on the way. They told us no way would they see us so close to closing. Called another local vet: same story. We drove by Junction West and dropped in. We explained the situation and the vet said he'd see us.He took care of our dog very well, and it was not an easy task. He took the time to explain to us how to care for the wound and asked us to come back in 3 days so he could change the bandage. All of the initial appointment was done after hours.When I returned 3 days later he changed the bandage and then explained that I could either come back in 3 days again for another change or he could explain how to do it myself. I chose the latter and not only did he explain how to do it but he gave me (not sold me, gave me) a few supplies.His prices are very reasonable and he never charged us any extra fees because of his working after hours. It's a small office in a strip mall so it doesn't look like much from the outside. It's a very no-frills type of place: he doesn't sell toys or treats, there's no coffee machine or big-screen TV, not even any magazines in the waiting area but we received excellent care when no one else would see us at very reasonable prices.
