Terrible customer service. Called to get my dog in, but they aren't taking new clients and I when I asked what I should do, they told me to "google it". I ended up calling back later after my dog had been stung by wasps, and was told again that they can't help me and to go to the Charlottetown Vet Hospital.

Everyone who works at this clinic is kind, professional and obviously really love animals. We had to have our old dog put to sleep yesterday and this was handled in a compassionate, dignified way. We really appreciate the affection the staff showed for Bo and we highly recommend this clinic.

Always willing to answer any questions I have even when I've already asked a million and one times! Always make me feel like I am the best fur mom I can be to my boys! So thankful for all the do for my boys and I!!!!
