Excellent service de tout le personnel, attentionné et a l'ecoute de nos besoin. Votre equipe de veterinaire... (les medecins sont des gens doté d'un intelligence exceptionel et ont obtenu un DOCTORAT) ...ont sauvé la vie de mon petit romain il y a quelques annees et je ne les remercierai jamais assez!! Les filles sont toujours souriante avec moi car je souris aussi et m'exprime avec respect car elle sont la pour m'aider et non pour endurer mon manque de savoir vivre La toiletteuse est super joviale et caline les petits toutous avec soin. Cest sur que je ne lui amenerais jamais mon canichon(oui cest une race, le gars du petshop me la dit!) cotoné boulette de roche pour quelle le transforme en cheveux doux et soyeux parce que ma logique me dit que avec tout les efforts du monde quelle pourrait mettre en essayant de detortiller le poil et la peau qui son pogné ensemble et bien ca risquerais fort bien de le blesser. Mais mon chien je le brosse chaque jour cest juste que la journee avant le toilettage il est stresser alors il se roule sur les tapis... je dois donc le rasé. Et oui. Je paye ma mise en plis chez ma coiffeuse 200$ alors quand j'obtient un service de quelqun avec des etudes supérieure je m'attend a ce que ce soi un peu plus cher alors oui leurs prix sont bon. We brought our dog in for a sterilization surgery and some minor corrective surgery on his back paws and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the issue arrose when one of the treated paws bandage came off and the wound was noticed to be open. Naturally our instinct was to treat the wound with minor antiseptics and wait a couple of days. The clinic mentioned that after the surgery if we had any questions or concerns to contact them for help. We contacted the clinic six days after noticing the issue and I had mentioned it to the receptionist who argued that she could not support and decide any methods without the veterinarians consent, who wasn't available and unreachable by the phone or at the clinic. Which I found to be unacceptable as we looked for reassurance in our pet's health. I have to make an appointment with the veterinarian to be told how to proceed and that I should hope that my dog does not develop an infection. Which would then result in more vetenrary bills for antibiotics. I would have hoped that within less than a week the clinic could have offered us a window in which we could bring our dog in the case of anything, but no, I have to wait. To meet a vet. That can't speak to me over the phone and that I have to meet in person with an appointment. All this time my dog risks developing an infection. I'm strictly disappointed in this clinic as the procedures and surgeries are well done by the veterinarian but what really kills the experience is the reception and staff. Completely and utterly useless. Train your staff to reassure your customers. Read Less

Toujours eu un excellent service. Oui les prix sont hauts comme dans n'importe quelle clinique vétérinaire aujourd'hui mais le service est excellent. Il m'est arrivé d'appeler en panique pour l'état de santé de mes animaux ou simplement pour poser une question et on a toujours pris le temps de me répondre et me soulager!!! J'habite maintenant à Québec mais je ferais le détour au besoin pour mon animal, un gros merci!! Read Less

Mon chien, un Golden Doodle, a été coupé, par accident, et rasé de la tte aux pieds par la toiletteuse de cette clinique. La banalisation dont a fait preuve cette personne est presque alarmante! Se faire dire avec un petit sourire effronté dans la voix que mon chien est un mélange et pas une "race" lorsque questionnée sur le fait que cette coupe n'allait pas dutout à un Golden Doodle me laisse perplexe. Et banaliser totalement le fait que des coupures sur les chiens, qui demandent par la suite des points de sutture, a peut arriver souvent, alors que a fait 30 ans que je fais faire cela à plusieurs de mes toutous c'est inquiétant. vous de juger!
