Je suis très insatisfaite des services obtenus par Dr Paradis. On va chez le vet, on paie la facture (vérifiez la surfacturation car je me suis fait charger 75$ en trop) et elle nous appelle pour nous...

On va chez le vet, on paie la facture (vérifiez la surfacturation car je me suis fait charger 75$ en trop) et elle nous appelle pour nous dire ce qui ne va pas seulement quand elle a le temps....donc j'ai du aller ailleurs (autre vétérinaire) pour avoir le verdict pour ma chien car toujours pas de nouvelles après plus d'une semaine!!!

My Fur-Baby Cuddles had her operation last week by Dr.Fillion and I am very pleased with the out-come.She took the time to explain to me about Cuddles health she also took all the tests to make sure she would have the surgery safely.Dr.Fillion is a very good vet and so are the and so are all the tectnicians well informed and do the best for your pet.Also the receptions and the secretary will do every thing to keep you informed .Sylvie also is so good with Cuddles.I had no fears of leaving Cuddles in their hands.They are all the best and I wish to thank each and every one of them for taking such good care of Cuddles

The environment was excessively nice, and when I saw my bill, I wondered how much of that went towards the nespresso machine and nice decor in the waiting room, as opposed to animal care. The vet was ok, nothing impressive, nothing that bothered me much. I decided to switch to a wonderful vet that does housecalls. When I called Acces Vet to send me a copy of the file, it was very difficult to reach someone. When I finally did, it was the day of my appointment with a new vet, and they wouldn't release the records without their vet's consent. Of course I only received the file the next morning, after my appointment with the new vet. In comparison, the vet that has the file for my 1st dog sent me the file during my phone call requesting it. Not impressed with the service or rates at Acces Vet!

Mon chat a eu un blocage urinaire à cause de cristaux coincés l'urètre... Nous sommes allé en urgence chez Accès Vet pour la première fois et je dois dire que l'équipe de Décarie en particulier est absolument excellente!! En gros notre petit minou était à environ une demi-journée de ne pas survivre, et tout a été fait à merveille pour le sauver. Après une petite intervention (radiographies, prise de sang, pose d'un cathéter, fluides intra-véneux) et 3 nuits d'hospitalisation (dans une belle grande cage avec ses fluides intra-véneux) nous l'avons récupéré, toujours un peu sous le choc mais vivant! Après quelques jours sous médications (antibiotiques, vaso-dilatateurs et anti-douleurs) il a retrouvé toute sa forme. Le suivi aussi a été excellent, les techniciens ainsi que le vet ont fait preuve d'un professionalisme, d'une compétence et d'une empathie sans pareils. DE VRAIS PASSIONNS!!! On tient à remercier mille fois, les réceptionnistes, les techniciennes (Jessica et Bao pour les nommer mais aussi toutes celles et ceux qui se sont occupés de notre chat) et Dr Vézina pour ses compétences, ses connaissances scientifiques et sa sympathie! Je recommande vivement cette clinique après en avoir expérimenté 2 autres à Montréal qui ne m'ont pas convaincues.

Acces Vet Ville Saint Laurent - My dog suffers from chronic ear infections and after having gone for a checkup I was given two bottles of medicine for his ear that was to expire within the month. When I called that same day to explain they kept tossing me around to different people avoiding the subject all together and I was told there was a note for me to be called back on my file and given a new bottle, but I work from home and had never received a call. I even went to the clinic myself yesterday with the unopened bottle requesting an exchange, not a discount on my next service or a discount on the bottle, I was told that whoever was responsible was not there. They even went so far as to say that I had misunderstood because I was an immigrant. So today, once again I called and was tossed around and promised a call back to discuss the simple exchange of an expired product. It's a little odd to see that a business would rather lose a customer than simply exchange an expired product, without even telling or showing me the expiry date in hopes that I would not notice. Bottom line, for all people looking for a vet I would not recommend them. My previous vet in another borough would never act in this manner for obvious reasons. I will definitely not be coming back here and would rather drive a half hour to see another doctor and staff. Also keep in mind that all 5 star reviews are from employees.
