Dr Langill has been my hero for years. My family has been bringing our dogs there for over 20 years. Dr Langill has always been professional and honest. I have NEVER left this clinic feeling ripped off, I always feel as though it should have cost me more. I wouldn't want anyone else handling my dog and I absolutely love the staff! Thank you all for everything you guys do!

A friend of mine suggested I call Dr Langill's office for an appointment to get a second opinion on my mother in law's dog. Well, we were not disappointed! When I made the appointment on her behalf, the receptionist seemed very attentive and concerned with the dog's health which I found very nice. A couple of days later, the vet quoted my mother in law 500$ (which was about 2500$ less than her original quote) for the dog's surgery. The dog also got his teeth cleaned and an overnight stay as well! Also, they found an underlying allergy issue that had been missed. I really felt that they did what was necessary to make sure the dog was healthy, comfortable but did not add needless interventions or tests to extend the costs unnecessarily. The dog's procedure went really well. The dog looks great now, seems really happy and my mother in law is very pleased. Thank you for not gouging my mother-in-law!
Side note: I am surprised the reviews here are so bad. Funny enough, the place the was overcharging has 5 stars!

My Dad had gone here and was happy with the service. My experience was not good. I had a appointment at 9:45. It was 11AM and was still waiting. I went to the desk and the person at the desk went to see the dr. but from what I heard he didn't seem care. She tried to get some else but it was too late. I had enough. It's to bad they don't know the word sorry as it goes a long way. Very disappointing.

I also buy my dog food here.

I rarely write reviews but today I was getting some medications for my dog from the clinic. I was outside in the parking and I got a phone call, apparently I stayed too long over the phone, in the parking. One of the staff came knocking aggressively on the window and she was quite rude telling me that I should not be staying that long in the parking, even though the parking was almost empty. The phone call was a business meeting and it was quite embarrassing that my client heard the whole conversation since the call was on the car speakers.
If this what your staff do if a client of yours stays too long in the parking, I wonder what would they do if my dog stays overnight and barks a bit too much.
I won't be going back.

Pleasantly surprised to see I could have an appointment so quickly. My 7 year-old 10-lb male poodle suddenly began losing some of his teeth so it became urgent to get him evaluated as quickly as possible. Dr Langill is a no-nonsense type of doctor who so clearly had seen this many, many times before. I felt I was leaving my dog in good hands. Picked him up same day so that was a relief and left with some medication to keep him healthy. Thank you to the entire team. I will definitely be a repeat customer

A friend of mine suggested I call Dr Langill's office for an appointment to get a second opinion on my mother in law's dog. Well, we were not disappointed! I rarely write reviews but today I was getting some medications for my dog from the clinic. I was outside in the parking and I got a phone call, apparently I stayed too long over the phone, in the parking. One of the staff came knocking aggressively on the window and she was quite rude telling me that I should not be staying that long in the parking, even though the parking was almost empty. The phone call was a business meeting and it was quite embarrassing that my client heard the whole conversation since the call was on the car speakers.
If this what your staff do if a client of yours stays too long in the parking, I wonder what would they do if my dog stays overnight and barks a bit too much.
I won't be going back.
