J'suis aller avec mon chien pour faire enlever une épine de porc-epic au dessus de l oeil et il mon sortie une facture de 400$ pour faire endormir mon chien p'tite opération pour sortir l épine le garder pour la journée plus médicament et la consultation ou 545$ si le médicament à besoin être plus fort 😠😠😢 un prix de fouuuu alors j'ai dis non il mon charger 71$ pour la consultation je suis aller au centre vétérinaire de Laval 166 km plus loin pour payer seulement la consultation et sédation pour un total de 121$
C est toujours la même chose ici
oui oui c est vraiment à votre clinique j'suis 100% sur entk pu jamais je vais aller à votre place gang de voleur qui se fou des animaux

Since moving from the US to Gatineau QC it's been very challenging to find businesses that are welcoming to those whom don't speak french. This vet was very warm, welcoming and kind. They were able to schedule my appointment right away and was very gentle with my fur baby. I'm happy to have found this vet and look forward to continuing doing business with them.

They gentled walked us through this very emotionally gut wrenching process with compassion, respect and discretion. We could not have been treated any better. RIP Kiwi.....

I've been a client for over 13 years and I took verbal abuse from the male vet in more than one occasion, but no more. I had my cat declawed (front) on October 17, 2016, and he butchered the job. My cat two weeks after still has a bit of problem because he did a crappy job. He is the most incompetent vet I have ever met and I regret I did not go somewhere else. I think he did it on purpose because he knows I don't really like him. He is disliked by all the people with pets that I know who were going there. He is a money grabber and will try to make you spend as much, but the female vet is a lot nicer and will not recommend unnecessary treatments. I bought two puppies (October 25, 2016). I called to make an appointment on Monday (October 21, 2016) to have them examined once I have them, but I was told they require a down payment or come in as an emergency and pay the extra cost. I told that I've been a client for 13 years, but they did not care. That was the last drop. They made thousands over thousands of dollars with my previous pets, but it's over. There are two other vets on boulevard Maloney (Clinique vétérinaire Maloney and Aminalplus) and I recommend you try them first. I will never set foot in their clinic again.

I need to express myself in stating that i'm trully in the wrong business. I bring my dog to this clinic trusting that they will take care of him and me as a client. After 3 days in hospital i can state that my baby is doing better. However, when i asked to speak to the vet, the front desk including the technicien asked me why. After i gave my reason they informed me that they will see if he's available (ok i just hit a nerve.....) Vet calls me in. I'm expressing how i feel about the service and cost. I also informed him that his staff are amazing, he gives me the phylosophie of his clinic and did inform me that he only speaks to special clients and if i needed to go elsewhere, i'm free to do so. Mmmmmmm..... Ok i get the message, i just spent over 1,000 and would appear that i'm not that special client. Every client should be treated as special and no matter the cost. That's all i asked for as a client but he didn't phase him at all. Soooooo! Leason learn, before you take on a Vet make sure that they treat you as a special client. ps: always be carefull how you treat people, it may bit you one day!

Not easy finding and trusting someone new with your pet. So we moved into a new district and needed to find a new vet closer by for our 9 year old female cat in order to finally get her sterilized. This Clinique was very friendly and helpful. Clean lobby with nice sections for the waiting area so the animals don't have to see each (if that might be an issue for yours). Once into the exam room, the tech came in (very friendly as well) pet our girl a bit, asked a bunch of questions about her are our other 3, then it was time for the vet herself. she was very patient with all our questions, whether they were related to the reason of the visit or not. Tech came back, Gave us the pricing at the end, as she is older more things to consider telling items that were optional and those that were not. Never did we feel this was about money or selling services, the focus was completely on our little Suzy and her well being.Once we go back to get the actual sterilization done I will post an update on that visit.

I took my pets here a couple times. I did not really like the service I received. The staff seems quite condescending and opinionated.
There is nothing wrong with having a differing opinion, but telling someone any opinion different that yours is wrong; well then you lose me as a customer.
Eg. I called asking about some info on my cat as I believed she might have had a urinary tract infection. When the vet came on the phone, he proceeded to tell me I was feeding a terrible quality food (grain free kibble mixed with canned) and that's what caused the infection. We hadn't even been to the vet and he was already blaming her diet on an infection she may or may not have had.
The prices were fair, but the staff and I just didn't "click."

Since moving from the US to Gatineau QC it's been very challenging to find businesses that are welcoming to those whom don't speak french. This vet was very warm, welcoming and kind. They were able to schedule my appointment right away and was very gentle with my fur baby. I'm happy to have found this vet and look forward to continuing doing business with them.

I've been a client for over 13 years and I took verbal abuse from the male vet in more than one occasion, but no more. I had my cat declawed (front) on October 17, 2016, and he butchered the job. My cat two weeks after still has a bit of problem because he did a crappy job. He is the most incompetent vet I have ever met and I regret I did not go somewhere else. I think he did it on purpose because he knows I don't really like him. He is disliked by all the people with pets that I know who were going there. Not easy finding and trusting someone new with your pet. So we moved into a new district and needed to find a new vet closer by for our 9 year old female cat in order to finally get her sterilized. This Clinique was very friendly and helpful. Clean lobby with nice sections for the waiting area so the animals don't have to see each (if that might be an issue for yours). There is nothing wrong with having a differing opinion, but telling someone any opinion different that yours is wrong; well then you lose me as a customer.
Eg. I called asking about some info on my cat as I believed she might have had a urinary tract infection. When the vet came on the phone, he proceeded to tell me I was feeding a terrible quality food (grain free kibble mixed with canned) and that's what caused the infection. We hadn't even been to the vet and he was already blaming her diet on an infection she may or may not have had.
The prices were fair, but the staff and I just didn't "click."
