Nice place, very nice staff and good selection of products ! (My vet is at the AnimaPlus on Saint-Louis) so I cannot comment on the veterinary service at this location but I do know that the basic customer service here is A+. The only reason I've given 3 out of 5 stars is that the waiting area is very awkward.. Even the cash register lines are weirdly done... They have seating areas directly ON the cash register counters which makes for awkward conversation with staff if ever you have questions about your pet or require assistance of some sort with some other client just sitting there, right next to you as you're discussing with the techs or vets. I wish they would take away the 'bar-stool' type benches from the cash and try to keep things a little more private. This isn't a bar with people watching a game, this is an animal hospital. If you just want vaccines done, sure deal with them if you have to. But if you have a real issue going on with your pet, I would highly suggest you go to another Vet clinic. My dog was misdiagnosed by Anima Plus, and would have had unnecessary surgery if I would have not sought a second opinion from a true specialist! Read Less

We sure miss Dr. Michel Rheault. Animaplus does not make us feel like they are there for our animals. We mentioned the food we are feeding our cats and they did not recommend it without even know the ingredients. Any food with "meal" in it should not be given to any animal. Meat Meal (for example, lamb meal): in this example, all lamb tissues, exclusive of blood, hair, hoof, horn, hide trimmings, manure, stomach and rum-en contents that are cooked (rendered). After cooking, the dried solids are added as "meal" to pet food. How can they say this is the best food to give to your animals?! Our food we are feeding our animals has NO "meal" or by-products which that alone makes it a better quality food. NATURAL Real meat. No rendered meat or meal from chicken, poultry, lamb, fish or plants. They took amazing care of our little angel on her last few days with dedication and dignity. To see this beautiful team work overtime so our cat would have a chance to make it out alive was very comforting to see. They kept us up updated every few hours on her state, brainstormed together and tried everything to save her.
