Cliente pour l'achat de nourriture depuis au moins 10-12 ans, et je dépense au moins 800$ à 1000$ par année pour mes chats et auparavant aussi pour mon chien.
J'ai dû changer la nourriture d'un de mes chats car il avait des réactions. En allant chercher le nouveau sac de nourriture, j'ai ramené l'autre sac comme ils me l'avaient demandé avec la facture. Je n'ai pas pu être remboursé car il manquait environ une livre de nourriture dans le sac!!!!
Je venais de faire l'achat d'un autre sac et je dépense en nourriture une somme considérable par année dans leur établissement et ils refusent de me rembourser 70$!!!!
WoW! belle considération, moi qui est cliente depuis de nombreuses années.
S'ils ont les moyens de traiter leurs fidèles clients comme cela, cela en dit long que c'est juste l'argent qui les intéresse et en plus, on doit se le dire que c'est carrément du vol le prix de la nourriture qu'ils vendent.
L'avantage c'est que les réseaux sociaux existent ainsi que des places sur internet pour donner notre avis...
De plus, la ville est grande et il y a un compétiteur à quelques centaines de mètres d'eux... alors je vais aller dépenser mon argent ailleurs puisque ma fidèle clientèle n'est pas pris en considération.

ANIMAPLUS sur saint-louis a gatineau,,, jai du me rendre durgence au vet car ma pauvre petite chatte nallais vraiment pas bien elle est enceinte ne mange plus ne bois plus elle a baver 24h on lentend respirer elle fait vraiment pitier :'( et je suis très en colère contre les veterinaire que jai vue car ils nont pas pris le temps de lexaminer comme il faut il a fallu jleur pousse pour quil la regarde vraiment et tout se quils ont fait cest lui donner des medoc ils non pas chercher la cause de ces symptome, meme pas 8 minute avec un veterinaire 130 $ de frais pour finalement devoir retourner pcq son etat sagrave cest la quon voie si les gens sont veterinaire pour largent ou ils sont veterinaire pour vraiment aider nos animaux :( Read Less

Ils semblent plus intéressés à nous vendre leur nourriture (à un prix exorbitant) quà se préoccuper des problèmes de nos animaux. Les vétérinaires nécoutent pas la description des symptmes de mes animaux et ne prennent mme pas la peine de les examiner et se contentent de suggérer tests après tests qui naboutissent à rien. Je les ai vus refuser un chat gravement blessé sous prétexte que le propriétaire (hystérique et en pleurs) navait pas de rendez-vous alors quil ny avait aucun autre client dans lhpital et que 2 vétérinaires étaient sur place. Bravo la compassion! Les salles dexamen ne sont pas nettoyées entre les clients; il y a des boules de poiles dans les coins et des empreintes de boue sur les tables. Un chien sortant dune opération a saigné copieusement sur le sol de la réception et personne nest venu nettoyer pendant toute la durée de visite, soit plus de 90 minutes. Les rendez-vous sont pris à partir de la centrale à Montréal, mais ils oublient de les enregistrer auprès de lhpital en question qui nous renvoie à la maison sans excuses (parce que nous navons de toute évidence rien de mieux à faire de nos journées). Bref cest une grosse machine administrative o la compassion et lamour des animaux sont entièrement évacués. Read Less

Too bad only dissatisfied customers take the time to write a review. I've been going there for my two cats for more than 5 years now and I've always received good service at reasonable price. Vet services are not covered by medical plans so you have to expect to pay for health services but I find they've never tried anything funky to extend my bills.
More importantly, place is clean, staff are courteous and professional and they present customers with options as far accessories and services go - then you choose for yourself. Read Less

We have 4 pets, who have all been seen at this clinic. I would have to agree with a previous reviewer about the $$$, every appointment we had, they were trying to sell us expensive accessories or food. Honestly, the vets were generally great but the vet techs and the receptionist were always so incredibly condescending. My husband got so angry once after having to wait close to 30 minutes for his bill (after they called him 20 mins late for his appt) but I urged him to give them another chance. So, I went in for a follow up with my two dogs and had to bring my son (who has autism) along with me. My son was having a difficult time settling when we entered and I was trying to control my two dogs (who were getting barked at) while trying to calm my son down. Three vet techs and no one offered to help. Ok, I can accept that but then the older receptionist, who always has a bit of an attitude gave me the *dirtiest* look and refused to even look in my direction when I needed assistance (check in for our appointment) after my son calmed down. That was it for me. After our appointment was done, I switched to a veterinary clinic that's 15 minutes further away but has much better customer service. If you treat me (and other people) that way, how can I trust you with my pets? Read Less

Les vétérinaires nécoutent pas la description des symptmes de mes animaux et ne prennent mme pas la peine de les examiner et se contentent de suggérer tests après tests qui naboutissent à rien. Too bad only dissatisfied customers take the time to write a review. I've been going there for my two cats for more than 5 years now and I've always received good service at reasonable price. Vet services are not covered by medical plans so you have to expect to pay for health services but I find they've never tried anything funky to extend my bills.
