At that time, the clinic's objective was to offer a wide range of primary care veterinary services with a personal touch by counselling and advising clients, offering therapeutic and life-stage diets, responding to emergencies, and providing house call services.

I was very dissatisfied with the service and continued follow up to my pets appointments. They left us waiting in a small room for over 30 minutes. We left. They should have told us that they were delayed.

Very bad experience! I've even bringing my dog for over 2 years and used to love it there. I had an appointment today for an annual check up and was booked with Dr Michaud for the first time. First for all waited in the consult room for 30 minutes until I decide to ask the front desk if it was going to take long, 2 minutes later Dr Michaud opens the door halfway to tell me he was going to be late and will see me when he's done(this was alread I've waited for 30mins) closes the door behind him when I was asking how long it was going to take him, to which he answered (door closed) when I'm done. Very unprofessional, specially coming from the owner. Total dissapointment, I'm definitely never coming back!!

Very good. The only issue, they don't respond emails. So I had to go there in person to get a medical history of my pet. Hopefully this minor issue will be fixed.

I have known this vetenerian for over 15years. He was here to give my cat his first shots, and his last one. On my dear cats last hour I called Dr.Michaud at 7:30am, and he rushed through rush hour traffic to help me and my cat. Sadly we had to put him down but when he arrived, they stopped everything for me and Minou. Thank you again for all the years for undivided attention. MINOU I'll never forget you R.I.P

The staff is exceptional and Dr Jeffs is truly amazing! You pet with get the best kind of support by people who genuinely care. And more importantly, they don't advice you to do expensive procedures ...

Dr. Michaud is a very caring and wonderful vet. We have been taking our two dachshunds (Frodo who is 8 and Loki who is 5) to him for years. He always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him.

This Veterinary Hospital is one of the best in town, both sides of the river. Everyone is very professional. They are true animal lovers and very compassionate. They wants what's best for your pet, but also what's best for you and your family. I've never felt rushed in an appointment. On the contrary, I've often felt like I was the only client in the place. I had the staff's undivided attention. In this go-go-go world, where productivity is the end all, be all, and you're just a number, that's an incredibly rare thing to find.

Very bad experience! I've even bringing my dog for over 2 years and used to love it there. I had an appointment today for an annual check up and was booked with Dr Michaud for the first time.
