Notre vieille chate anxieuse y est traitée rapidement et sans que ça ne s'étire. Les vets et techs prennent le temps de caresser les animaux et de les rassurer. Quand nous avons apporté un chaton trouvé dans la rue, dans un piteux état et couvert de puces et de tiques, ils ont su nous mettre en confiance et nous prendre en charge dans la bonne humeur. Pas de soins imposés, ils prennent le temps de nous écouter et de faire un bon diagnostic différentiel. Excellente clinique. Personnel courtois et attentif. Cordiaux, efficaces et vraiment amoureux des animaux !

IL VOULAIT LE TUER.......Nous l'avons guéri nous même
Nous sommes aller à ce vétérinaire le 12 février avec notre bichon maltais. Il restait coucher sur le coter et ne pouvait rien avaler. La vétérinaire nous dit qu'il a probablement quelque chose au cerveau qui le paralyse. Donc, le chien doit rester là-bas pour ce faire soigner. Deux jour plus tard, nous recevons un appel nous disant de ce présenter car le chien n'allait pas passer la journée. Rendue sur place il nous amène le chien, qui est encore plus mal au point que lorsqu'on la apporté. Le vétérinaire nous propose fortement de l'euthanasier. Nous décidons qu'il est préférable pour le chien de mourir dans son salon même si la vétérinaire nous dit que cela lui créera un grand stresse inutile.
Rendu à la maison nous lui donnons du gatorade, sirop d'érable et de l'eau sans aucun médicament.
Jour 2 le chien reprend des force et est capable de marcher un peut. Il boie de l'eau par lui même
Jour 3 il marche de manière normal est est capable de manger
Jour 4 guérison complète
Bref après une facture de 1008.64$
un chien déshydraté (comme si il n'avait eu aucun soin de base)
Et une proposition de faire tuer notre chien notre expérience avec ce vétérinaire fût un désastre.
Voici mon chien jour 4 qui aurai pu être tuer par ce vétérinaire incompétent

Je tiens à remercier sincèrement toute l'équipe de la clinique de Greenfield Park qui, de par leur conseils et leur grande passion pour les animaux ont prolongé la vie de notre petit chat de 15 ans, Domino, de plus de 6 mois alors qu'il était gravement malade. Et ce, sans jamais tomber dans l'acharnement.
Dre Riendeau et Dre Lepage, un énorme merci pour ces précieux mois. Vous avez fait une différence incroyable pour notre petite famille et nous l'apprécierons toujours.
Votre disponibilité pour vous occuper de notre petit félin, même pendant vos vacances nous ont profondément touché et démontre bien le dévouement des vétérinaire de cet établissement.

Went today to the clinic at Greenfield park and got very Bad client service , I only requested a Health Certificate for my dog, cause I'll be travelling soon and was surprised in a very bad way that they didn't want to give one , even though I paid for the consultation , I asked for it in my first visit and it was refused but I thought it was a misunderstanding then I came back today and found the same attitude even the secretary was angry and I still don't know ¿WHY?.

We visited the hospital with my dog for the consultation about her condition and the doctor offered us to make a blood test, which costs more than 200 $. We agreed. Then we spent about 1.5 hours wait...
We visited the hospital with my dog for the consultation about her condition and the doctor offered us to make a blood test, which costs more than 200 $. We agreed. Then we spent about 1.5 hours waiting for our dog because they tried to make the test. The dog screeched a lot, usually she was normal with tests. They pricked her legs, neck and she was there for 1.5 hour ( the dog is less then 4 pounds). During all the time they told us that everything was fine and that it was already done. I was so nervous and angry but I can't have done anything. Finally the doctor told us they can't do anything, they didn't make the tests.The dog and we were totally shocked with such unprofessional behavior. Finally we have no diagnoses,no blood tests and we had to pay for the visit. Never again.

Pour un problème urinaire pour mon chat, elle me suggérait des traitements/opération/antibiotiques etc. Pour une facture totale de 1500$ ! Me suggérant mme de prendre un financement accord d avec desjardins. ..?! Finalement, après avoir refusé les traitements, elle me dit vouloir prendre des nouvelles le lendemain par peur qu'il ne passe pas la nuit! De retour chez moi en sanglots, mon chat est en pleine forme et urine normalement! Je lui ai simplement changé de diète avec une nourriture urinaire et le tour est joué 35$ pour un sac de nourriture au lieu de 1500$, j'aimerais connatre la logique? Je n'y retournerai plus c'est certain... Je peux comprendre qu'ils étaient de bonne foi, mais faire une peur bleue au gens en disant que leur animal va peut-tre mourir, je trouve que a manque de jugement et d'éthique!

I took my cat in for shots, the vet instilled fear into me pushing more vaccines then I came in for. I went home and did the research for the ones she pushed and successfully injected. I found out the risks that she did not mention, and was horrified. I don't understand why vets push more than necessary instead of caring for the actual animal. The system to me seems corrupt and I no longer feel safe or secure bringing my animal in for attention as vets often prey on the vulnerability of an owners love for their animal companions.

So my cat had a infection on his tail. They games him a bunch of meds without really analyzing blood or anything. It was all guess work. After 3 visits, they ended just telling me that they need to operate on him to find out what was wrong for around 700$...I wasn't convinced so I went to a dermatologist that specializes in these kind of skin conditions and actually used a microscope and found out what was wrong with him. Stay away from this place, go somewhere that you have to pay a bit more upfront, but you won't have to go 3-4 visits and you will ending up spending way more.

I just bought my first puppy a week ago and decided to open a file with this vet hospital by recommendation. The staff is very courteous and friendly and the veterinarian is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me.This veterinarian hospital also has a boarding facility, an on-site grooming, and has a dog trainer. Bonus: because my puppy and I were new clients, we got a free voucher for 20 minutes of dog training and a free bath (with nail trimming and ear washing)!

Notre vieille chate anxieuse y est traitée rapidement et sans que ça ne s'étire. Les vets et techs prennent le temps de caresser les animaux et de les rassurer. Quand nous avons apporté un chaton trouvé dans la rue, dans un piteux état et couvert de puces et de tiques, ils ont su nous mettre en confiance et nous prendre en charge dans la bonne humeur. Pas de soins imposés, ils prennent le temps de nous écouter et de faire un bon diagnostic différentiel. Excellente clinique. Personnel courtois et attentif. Cordiaux, efficaces et vraiment amoureux des animaux !

Nous sommes aller à ce vétérinaire le 12 février avec notre bichon maltais. Il restait coucher sur le coter et ne pouvait rien avaler. La vétérinaire nous dit qu'il a probablement quelque chose au cerveau qui le paralyse. Donc, le chien doit rester là-bas pour ce faire soigner. Deux jour plus tard, nous recevons un appel nous disant de ce présenter car le chien n'allait pas passer la journée. Went today to the clinic at Greenfield park and got very Bad client service , I only requested a Health Certificate for my dog, cause I'll be travelling soon and was surprised in a very bad way that they didn't want to give one , even though I paid for the consultation , I asked for it in my first visit and it was refused but I thought it was a misunderstanding then I came back today and found the same attitude even the secretary was angry and I still don't know ¿WHY?.

We visited the hospital with my dog for the consultation about her condition and the doctor offered us to make a blood test, which costs more than 200 $. We agreed. Then we spent about 1.5 hours waiting for our dog because they tried to make the test. The dog screeched a lot, usually she was normal with tests. They pricked her legs, neck and she was there for 1.5 hour ( the dog is less then 4 pounds). During all the time they told us that everything was fine and that it was already done. I was so nervous and angry but I can't have done anything. Finally the doctor told us they can't do anything, they didn't make the tests.The dog and we were totally shocked with such unprofessional behavior. Finally we have no diagnoses,no blood tests and we had to pay for the visit. Never again.

I took my cat in for shots, the vet instilled fear into me pushing more vaccines then I came in for. I went home and did the research for the ones she pushed and successfully injected. I found out the risks that she did not mention, and was horrified. I don't understand why vets push more than necessary instead of caring for the actual animal.
