On september 27th 2017 I had to put my cat tigger down, needless to say I was devasted and still am. This was my first experience at timberlea and my god I am so happy I decided to go to them. The atmosphere is warm, receptionist friendly, the vet and vet tech were both lovely and kind. It was an incredibly hard experience for me and my family but they made us all feel so much more at ease. I was worried the experience was going to be cold and clincal but instead it was peaceful and kind, the way it should be. When I got home I was sad and looked over the receipt and saw "We are very sorry for your loss. xo" it was just one more little thing that brought some small amount of comfort. If you want to go to a vet that really cares and isn't all about the paycheck then this is the vet for you. If I ever have pets again in the future, this is where I'll be taking them. Thank you Dr Maaike Hibbein-Kirby and her assistant who I believe was named Leah (sorry if I'm wrong on the name) point is they were both professional and kind. I couldn't of asked for any better so thank you.

Very nice staff!
Went here once because we found a stray and hurt bat outside CF Fairview. They called a specialist that fosters bats and rehabilitates. Just overall caring and friendly people!

I brought my kitten Willow there this evening to get his last shot that he needed. When I had first called, the receptionist was great at answering all of my questions and was incredibly sweet and informative! I had been looking around since I had gotten my kitten wanting the best, and I found it.
As soon as I walked in (there's two doors by the way, one for cats, and one for dogs, to keep them separate as much as possible, it's great), the receptionists were all happy, great at what they do, and really friendly. My appointment was at 7:30 and I got there a few minutes before. I was brought to the cat section by one of the receptionists (it's fantastic) where there was the boutique with all the cat stuff. I only waited a few minutes for the vet tech and she was lovely! She was so incredibly informative and as it was willow's first vet visit, it was my first one too. Everything went fantastic, the vet is fantastic and kept my kitten calm during his shot.
I had every single question I had answered with a smile, which felt great considering this is my first cat.
100% recommend, I don't have a single bad thing to say. It's average priced as I had called around, and it's fantastic.

Amazing vet clinic! They do not charge for unnecessary things. It is free to visit the technician for small things and when you have to visit the vet, they are great. They treat your pet amazingly. The clinic is beautiful and they have a great store. We drive 25-30 minutes to get to Timberlea when we have multiple clinics in our area.

On september 27th 2017 I had to put my cat tigger down, needless to say I was devasted and still am. This was my first experience at timberlea and my god I am so happy I decided to go to them. The atmosphere is warm, receptionist friendly, the vet and vet tech were both lovely and kind. It was an incredibly hard experience for me and my family but they made us all feel so much more at ease. I brought my kitten Willow there this evening to get his last shot that he needed. When I had first called, the receptionist was great at answering all of my questions and was incredibly sweet and informative! I had been looking around since I had gotten my kitten wanting the best, and I found it.
As soon as I walked in (there's two doors by the way, one for cats, and one for dogs, to keep them separate as much as possible, it's great), the receptionists were all happy, great at what they do, and really friendly.
