Your cat and your dog are important members of your family and it is at this level that we take care of them the same way a good family doctor would take care of your family. Physical examinations for puppies and kittens, annual physical examinations, health examinations for older animals, dental examinations, vaccination programs as well as parasite prevention are all important in order to evaluate your pet's health and to ensure that he stays healthy.

WORST vet ever!!! This business clearly cares about making a profit before the well being of an animal. They refused to give us a simple renewal for our dog’s medicine unless we came in for a check up...
WORST vet ever!!! This business clearly cares about making a profit before the well being of an animal. They refused to give us a simple renewal for our dog’s medicine unless we came in for a check up. However, the check up wasn’t necessary because we had already gone for blood tests and a scan. We knew that the medicine was helping and a check up would have been useless since they would not have gotten the information they needed (blood tests are needed to know how our dog is doing). They purely wanted to make a buck and consequently made our 14 year old dog suffer since we had to find a new vet and get his medicine later. DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!

2 years ago St Louis Veterinary Clinic became part of my dog's life! On the verge of dying, after a very very expensive visit at DMV, where I was told that my dog wouldn't survive 24h if we didn't give him a blood transfusion, ran more tests and so on...
I brought ''Spike'' home and schedule an appointment with Dr. Surveyer. This Vet is amazing, kind, human, loves animal but also is very conscious of her clients' budget.
She understood how much I had already spent and suggested only what was necessary. It took many months for ''Spike'' to be well again but he's alive and full of joy. I'm very thankful to have found this clinic and would recommend it to anyone who needs a Vet.

The service we received was courteous and staff was attentive to our needs. Was told the prices were more fair/competitive compared to our local vets around and on the island (Ile-Bizard). Essentially there is no difference. Owning pets is simply expensive and vets prey on owners' love for them.
Now about the industry...
This industry is like weddings and funerals, you get clipped when you're vulnerable. Shame on vets in general for this approach. Will be our last pets unfortunately so as to cease encouraging this practice.

Je connais personnellement les gens qui y travaillent et ils ne ménagent pas leurs efforts pour le bien-étre des animaux. Je leur confierais mes animaux n'importe quand.

My first review I've ever wrote as it's not my thing but I'm so annoyed and angry at this place for the wrong diagnosis of my dog! They charged me alot of money for allergy tablets which they said he had when it was so clearly RINGWORTH! which was my concern when I went in. My poor dog is in a terrible state now when it all could have been resolved alot sooner!!!!!!

I've had to go through hard times with sick pets, and the support there is truly amazing. I find it a little expensive, but it's peanuts compared to the DMV, and so much more personalized. I enjoy how they remember me by face, and always have appointment times that suit my schedule. Everyone who works there is really dedicated, and passionate about their jobs. I have no doubt of their practice, and am fully confident when I bring my pets here. I've visited 6 vet clinics, some with my pets, some with foster animals, this one really takes the cake, and that is why I have to give it 5 stars.

WORST vet ever!!! This business clearly cares about making a profit before the well being of an animal. They refused to give us a simple renewal for our dog’s medicine unless we came in for a check up. However, the check up wasn’t necessary because we had already gone for blood tests and a scan. I've had to go through hard times with sick pets, and the support there is truly amazing. I find it a little expensive, but it's peanuts compared to the DMV, and so much more personalized.
