Nous voulons vous dire merci! Merci a Stephanie et Helene qui ont souvent pris le temps de nous ecouter quand ont pleurait au telephone,d'esesper car notre chat d'amour Sasha avait un probleme de marcage d'urine depuis plusieurs annees. Ont a tout essayer, nous avons ete ecouter et guidee tout au long. Merci de tout notre coeur Stephanie! Tu comprend pourquoi....J'avais 4 chats et ca coute cher J'ai tente de consulter un veterinaire sur la rive sud, moins cher, tu prend un numero t'attend avec ton animal qui est stresser et nous ont est fatiguer a fin malgre les vets sont super. Nous Somme retourner a la Clinique Samson, surtout apres l'appui quon a eut dans un moment difficile avec notre Sasha! Sa na pas de pris! Merci a cette belle equips plein d'amour....Karen et France

The staff was very accommodating when I had an emergency with my dog, early on a Wednesday afternoon. They were able to see me within 30 minutes of walking through the door. After the visit, I received follow-up phone calls from the vet to check up on my dog and make sure everything was okay. They are definitely my first choice of vet for my pets.

Only trying to make money. I go in for an emergency appointment as my vet is full. My dog is old (11 yrs) and broke a tooth when she slipped in the stairs. The vet tell me I would have to pay 260$ fo...
Only trying to make money. I go in for an emergency appointment as my vet is full. My dog is old (11 yrs) and broke a tooth when she slipped in the stairs. The vet tell me I would have to pay 260$ for blood test. It's ridiculous since she just said she broke her tooth and is in pain but would not prescribe pain medication without the blood test. The next day went to my Vet, confirmed no blood tests are necessary got the medication. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Reliable vet. Professional staff. Good for references for grooming services locally. Pet food expensive to buy there though. Parking a tight squeeze when commercial centre busy.

Superb neighborhood vet clinic with a very good bilingual staff of veterinary technician assistants and doctors. Closed only on Sunday since new management has recently taken over running the clinic, this is the first place I will take my dog or cat for both yearly exams and also in cases of emergency. Superb!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Melanie Brunelle for dogs of all types.

I was not impressed at all. I had to bring my dog in for some follow-ups and Maude was at the reception. She never once acknowledged me. I was wondering how they could put someone like her there. Then Julie took care of me and I found her cold. I was worried the vets would be the same. I dealt with Dr. Pepin and was relieved. Too bad I had to deal with such coldness in the front. Here I was worried about my baby and those two girls showed no compassion at all. Sucks!

J'ai un chat trés anxieux et la clinique vétérinaire Samson est trés à l'écoute de mon chat! Au lieu de me faire attendre dans la salle d'attente avec les chiens, on nous place dans la salle de consultation pour attendre!
Je les ai trouvés trés honnétes aussi. Mon chat est officiellement gériatrique (13 ans) et je voulais lui faire passer un bilan sanguin complet. Aprés examination, le vétérinaire m'a dit que ce n'était pas nécessaire, mais m'a quand méme fourni les prix.
Puis récemment il a eu un bilan sanguin complet et le vétérinaire m'a appelée dés le lendemain pour me donner les résultats. Un samedi! Et il a trés bien expliqué les différentes mesures, avec les valeurs normales et tout.
Trés satisfaite. Honnétes, Ã l'écoute, et doux.

Such a great vet clinic! They've been taking care of my dogs for 8 years and I've always received an amazing service from both the staff and the vets. They always take the time to answer all of my questions with patience and honesty. I would recommend it to anyone!

worst experience ever .. i showed up with my 9 year old cat .. he was shaking and convulsing .. they dint even take his temperature , check his eyes no basic check up .. they injected him with saline water 300.00 $ and that was it .. 5 hrs later i was rushing my cat to another clinic .. only to be told i had to put him down .. he was my best friend and i miss him so much , dont go there if you love your pet

We had to find another vet clinic for our cats as we moved further north. Ruya is sporadically subjected to the stress of her congenital asthma condition. I needed a prednisone renewal. Dr Robert Dumont is at all pontificating while it's conspicuous we over fed her. He took time to answer all our worries and did not make any sales pitch for scientific grade cat food. The sole drawback is the price of the prednisone pills. It sales for 4 times the price at our old vet clinic.

My dog's eye was injured and I called in asking for advice if I should bring her in. Receptionist was very honest, asked about symptoms and took the time to talk to me.
When i showed up Everyone was so nice, they treated my dog with amazing care, were gentle and sweet.
I told them I was on a tight budget and they gave me no issues, explained the cost of test, kept me informed and didnt do anything that wasnt necessary.
The cost came out very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was very accommodating when I had an emergency with my dog, early on a Wednesday afternoon. They were able to see me within 30 minutes of walking through the door. Only trying to make money. I go in for an emergency appointment as my vet is full. My dog is old (11 yrs) and broke a tooth when she slipped in the stairs. The vet tell me I would have to pay 260$ for blood test. It's ridiculous since she just said she broke her tooth and is in pain but would not prescribe pain medication without the blood test. The next day went to my Vet, confirmed no blood tests are necessary got the medication. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

Superb neighborhood vet clinic with a very good bilingual staff of veterinary technician assistants and doctors. Closed only on Sunday since new management has recently taken over running the clinic, this is the first place I will take my dog or cat for both yearly exams and also in cases of emergency. Superb!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Melanie Brunelle for dogs of all types.

I was not impressed at all. I had to bring my dog in for some follow-ups and Maude was at the reception. She never once acknowledged me. I was wondering how they could put someone like her there. My dog's eye was injured and I called in asking for advice if I should bring her in. Receptionist was very honest, asked about symptoms and took the time to talk to me.
When i showed up Everyone was so nice, they treated my dog with amazing care, were gentle and sweet.
I told them I was on a tight budget and they gave me no issues, explained the cost of test, kept me informed and didnt do anything that wasnt necessary.
