Vétérinaire grossié et impoli qui insulte sa technicienne devant moi , sacre tout au long de ma visite , et ne se mêle pas de ses affaires , dénigre la personne qui m'accompagne par rapport à ses études , me dis que je ne comprends rien lorsque je pose des questions pour mieux comprendre , dis que le chaton a les oreilles sales mais ne prend pas 2 minutes pour les nettoyer , jen aurais long à dire sur ma visite , jespère que son comportement va changer sinon il y aura un gros problème, il a conclu ma visite en me pitchant mes carnets de santé un après l'autre en me disant "Tin vous pouvez partir" , je répond merci bonne journée mais il s'en va sans rien dire . Très décevant et choquant , je n'ai jamais vu cela je suis outrée

Trés bonne clinique veterinaire. Ils sont trés soucieux des animaux et les prix sont raisonnables. Je fais suivre tous mes animaux lÃ-bas depuis plus de 10 ans. Maintenant j'habite à Montreal et je continue tout de méme de faire suivre mes animaux lÃ-bas. Je recommande cette clinique!

Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. La clinique est propre, mais à besoin de rénovations (vieilles installations, vieille décoration). À la caisse, le prix est plus cher que celui qu'on m'avait informé...

À la caisse, le prix est plus cher que celui qu'on m'avait informé au téléphone. Le vétérinaire réprimande sa réceptionniste devant moi. Il me charge le prix que la réceptionniste m'avait donné, mais je ressens son mécontentement...

J'adore cette clinique, je recommande à tous le monde. Le vétérinaire eat doux et patient avec nos animaux et il sait de quoi il parle. Très bon rapport/qualité prix.

thank god i didnt walk in! very bad! just spoke to them on the phone and they were extrememly mean! not for anglophones - you ask them nicely "how are you today?" they respond "Pardon?" or "Ca Va Bien...
thank god i didnt walk in! very bad! just spoke to them on the phone and they were extrememly mean! not for anglophones - you ask them nicely "how are you today?" they respond "Pardon?" or "Ca Va Bien" which makes me think they could speak English but refuse to. I speak french but for clarification purposes i preferred english (especially if it regards my cats - it was guinards secretary that answered first and then an hour later i called again to speak to the rude doctor guinard. DR. GUINARD IS VERY IMPOLITE AND REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN ENGLISH - HE LOST OVER $600.00 WORTH OF BUSINESS FROM ME AND IS ABOUT TO LOSE ALOT MORE BECAUSE I TOLD THE CLINIC RIVE-SUD IN BROSSARD THAT I HAD VERY BAD SERVICE SO I WILL PASS THE WORD AROUND TO EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO VETERANIARE GUINARDI WAS THINKING OF TALKING TO THE RADIO STATION OR THE GAZETTE ABOUT THIS IF I HAVE THE CHANCE TO
what world do we live in when you only care about making money from the ones that speak your language.
this language barrier in ignorant Quebec is causing over 30,000 people to move furthur west every year!
you will see Quebec that one day you will have no money, business, or any happy people because it is your own fault!

i am very disappointed - i live 30 feet away and i have to go 30 mins away to get help over in Brossard at the Hospital Rive-Sud who are fantastic by the way!!!
i have 2 cats that need check-ups, shots and neutering...I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! not to an ignorant veterinarian.
