J'ai été référé à cette clinique pour mon yorkshire qui a eu des ligaments déchirés. Super équipe attentionnée à qui on confie nos animaux en toute confiance. Super service de Dr Bolduc ainsi que Nathalie Goyer technicienne qui ont été vraiment à l'écoute et qui ont toujours été disponibles (retour appels rapides, réponses aux questions claires). Bref, je recommande fortement.

quand j'ai appelé j'ai dis que je voulais savoir un peu comment éa se passerais question d'étre rassuré quand le moment sera venu
Aucun signe d'empathie de la part de la réceptionniste
j'ai dis à la dame que je serais en panique
La réponse à été que si j'avais un rendez vous je passerais à l'heure prévu et si j'arrive sans rendez vous il va passer quand un vétérinaire sera libre
Ensuite pour les frais c'est X montant et si tu veux une urne ben c'est 500.00 de plus ou sinon c'est 45 pour une patte d'argile elle m'a aussi souhaité une belle journée
Je comprend que vous travaillez au volume mais ce que éa dis c'est que si je me présente chez vous et que mon chat est en crise je vais attendre dans une salle d'attente pendant que mon chat agonise... Je sais que votre rÃle n'est pas d'étre des psychologues mais si justement vous dites aimer les animaux alors démontrer que vous comprenez que c'est un moment important et difficile serait vraiment apprécié
En 2017 les choses changent surtout dans le service à la clientéle
Je continu à magasiner jusqu'à ce que je trouve une place que quand je vais appeler je vais sentir qu'il vont prendre bien soin de la situation quand je vais arriver

Awesome vets, very kind and professional. I had my dog taken to spay. No problems whatsoever! Perfect recovery for my dog. Highly recommend this place.

Most importantly the staff love your pets as if they were their own.
My Puppy threw up her médication and the vet Herself called to Check up on my puppy simply because She was worried about her.
I started using their services 20 years ago with my dog growing up. It's no surprise 20 years later I still come back to them.

The vet was nice with us she answered all my questions and concerns. If you think going on vacation they can keep your pet if you can't vring him with you. The place is open 7 days a week. A was really satisfied with the place.
