Best Vet Ever!! The staff here is amazing. My new kitten hurt her eye and they were able to get in and checked out in less than an hour. They call after a few days to check on the cat's if they have been sick. No matter how busy they are they take the time to answer all my questions and are so very kind and caring. Quick shout out to Lyne and Dr Chartrand, our favorites, Baby Boy and Foxy adore them and are never afraid when we go to visit them. The prices are reasonable. The wait times are normal. The quality of service is exceptional.

Nous allons changer d'endroit car nous trouvons qu'ils sont plus axés sur les profits que sur le bien-être des animaux.

Ils ont sauvé notre animal mais à gros prix. Très gros prix !!!Par contre , un ans plus tard , la nouvelle nourriture de notre animal et leurs soins ont été très avantageux sur sa santé

Nous tentons sans succès de prendre rendez-vous mais la technicienne insiste pour conseiller au téléphone en insistant sur un achat obligatoire de leur nourriture en magasin. après 3 jours nous avons réussi à prendre un rendez-vous de consultation pour 121$... Nous n'avons jamais été en mesure de rencontrer la vétérinaire et nous avons été ailleurs. Service déplorable et inadéquat

Bon service et endroit très propre mais prix exagéré. 150$ plus taxe pour des radios. Il cherche toujours à rajouter un surplus pour ci et pour sa. Il faut payer le prix total immédiatement. J ai laissé ma chatte là bas une nuit le temps de recevoir mon chèque, ils l'ont stérilisé sans m'avertir (450$ de plus), que je n'ai pas présentement. Conséquences: si je paye pas d'ici 48h elle sera donné à un organisme qui la placera dans un foyer. Oui il y avait urgence pour l opération mais je comptais payer 10$( comme convenu pour pouvoir la récupérer) et aller à une autre clinique qui me permettait de faire un dépt à son arrivé et le reste du paiement en la récupérant. Merci d'avoir pris l'initiative de la soigner mais maintenant je perd ma chatte.

My furry little kitty wasn't feeling so well and thus place came highly recommended from a family friend who had her cats treated here recently. As pet parents can be quite neurotic (and often more anxious than their pets!) I appreciated the quality of the customer service offered from the first phone call. The technicians I spoke with on the phone took the time to introduce themselves, ask detailed questions about kitty's condition and called me back as soon as a spot opened up. They also called me the night before the appointment to request that I bring in a urine sample to eliminate unnecessary stress on kitty during the appointment. The vet herself was very sweet and patient and was very focused on not placing undue stress on kitty. She took her time with the physical exam and tests and made both as quick and painless as possible.The lovely staff of ladies certainly made an inherently unpleasant experience a lot less traumatizing for both of us!A standard consultation is $58.00.

Best Vet Ever!! The staff here is amazing. My new kitten hurt her eye and they were able to get in and checked out in less than an hour. They call after a few days to check on the cat's if they have been sick. No matter how busy they are they take the time to answer all my questions and are so very kind and caring. Nous tentons sans succès de prendre rendez-vous mais la technicienne insiste pour conseiller au téléphone en insistant sur un achat obligatoire de leur nourriture en magasin. après 3 jours nous avons réussi à prendre un rendez-vous de consultation pour 121$...
