I brought my kitten, Poutine, there for boarding, a serious limp issue and a spay surgery and each time I felt 100% confident that I was leaving my little Poutine in the best hands possible. I particularly love Marilène who answered all my questions, gave me detailed feedback on what was going on with Poutine every time I called and always comforted me when I was worried. Marilène is so nice and patient.

I started using this clinic the day it opened, because I knew what a kind person Charlotte Cushman is. I think she is no longer associated with the clinic she founded, but every vet there is as kind and as patient and as expert as she.
I moved out of the area, but I continued to refer friends there. Some in despair. They have all become faithful clients who thanked me for the referral.

Just took my 11 year old cat there today and even though she had to get two shots, she was happy when she got home. The vet took very good care of her and was very thorough. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable, I did not feel like they were trying to squeeze money out of me at all. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

Everyone - from the admin I spoke to on the phone and at the desk, to the vet herself, and the tech - was wonderful. I think bringing a cat to cat specialists really makes a difference. To begin with, the whole experience for the cat is less traumatizing without the scent of dog everywhere! Also, I get the sense that most of the employees, excepting perhaps the tech - who seems very business-like and knowledgeable - really love cats to the core. I'll keep bringing my cat here. :)

Just took my 11 year old cat there today and even though she had to get two shots, she was happy when she got home. The vet took very good care of her and was very thorough. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable, I did not feel like they were trying to squeeze money out of me at all. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!
