Receptionist Natalie is friendly, informative and extremely patient. Not many spaces to park but has never been an issue. Vets are bilingual, friendly, very professional. When our cat had to be put down they were very gentle with us and were sweet to send us a sympathy card.

The doctors and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, caring and conpasionate and know many of the clients ( human and furry) by name. My family and I have trusted them with the care of our pets for more then 20 years, and I will always recommend that you entrust the care of your pets to them

Amazing experience, every time, all the time - from the reception to the doctors and techs. The receptionists are always smiley and pleasant, even over the phone they remain patient and attentive. The doctors and technicians seem like they care about the animals and their well being. They took great care of my pup after his surgery (he actually likes going to the vet now), and were very responsive to my needs and concerns. Compare to other clinics I visited, the prices were reasonable and fair, and I appreciated that they didn't push the clinic's product like any other vet, but rather give you an honest advice. I recommend!

Our family has been dealing with Dr. Isabelle Laurent and her colleagues and staff for about 25 years for our dog and cats. We just said good-bye to our one remaining pet - a 19-1/2 year old Tonkines...
Our family has been dealing with Dr. Isabelle Laurent and her colleagues and staff for about 25 years for our dog and cats. We just said good-bye to our one remaining pet - a 19-1/2 year old Tonkinese named Jazz. Dr. Laurent and Nathalie came to our house to put him to sleep in his own surroundings. They were, as always, kind, compassionate and supportive. We would HIGHLY recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone, with the full confidence that your pet will be take care of in the most caring and supportive fashion. No services or products will ever be pushed just to make a buck.

The doctors and technicians are extremely knowledgeable, caring and conpasionate and know many of the clients ( human and furry) by name. My family and I have trusted them with the care of our pets for more then 20 years, and I will always recommend that you entrust the care of your pets to them

Amazing experience, every time, all the time - from the reception to the doctors and techs. The receptionists are always smiley and pleasant, even over the phone they remain patient and attentive. The doctors and technicians seem like they care about the animals and their well being. They took great care of my pup after his surgery (he actually likes going to the vet now), and were very responsive to my needs and concerns. Compare to other clinics I visited, the prices were reasonable and fair, and I appreciated that they didn't push the clinic's product like any other vet, but rather give you an honest advice. I recommend!
