Very friendly and polite. My cat was so comfortable and not stresses at all. Very happy with this place. Highly recommended. I know people get upset at the price but if you don't want to pay for the care of your pet then don't have one. Your pet is like your child, if your biological child deserves special care then same goes for your pet. If you don't agree then you should have a pet period. And remark to the comment about the woman holding a small dog while smoking on the second floor of the vet, the second floor is a rented apartment. What you saw was a tennant with her dog, nothing related to the clinic. Before anyone passes judgement on things they see, do like reporters do and get a background check to be sure. You may say that its not your job to do checks but neither is wrongfully accusing people.

I left my chihuahua for a few days at the boarding.I came back to a very happy boy who loved everyone looking after him at the clinic! Very attentionate staff for a picky dog. I recommend 100%.

Never stepped foot in the Vet, and can only comment on what I witnessed from the outside. I seen a staff member go for a cigarette on the balcony upstairs while holding a puppy in one arm. On numerous occasions I thought she was going to accidentally drop the pup. Now it could have been her personal dog but still no reason to handle an animal while poisoning you're lungs

My dog had a hangnail. The nail was broken past the living tissue so it was not a big deal but it was bothering my dog so I brought him to vet. The guy cut the nail at the root. Profuse bleeding. ...
My dog had a hangnail. The nail was broken past the living tissue so it was not a big deal but it was bothering my dog so I brought him to vet. The guy cut the nail at the root. Profuse bleeding. I've never heard an animal scream so loud. Totally unprofessional; the nail could have been cut longer. Circa 2002; no reviews back then.

La vétérinaire savait bien manipuler mes rates domestiques et était douce avec elles; on peut voir que c'est quelqu'un qui aime VRAIMENT les animaux. Je recommande cette clinique vétérinaire à tous! During an appointment, you never feel rushed and can ask as many questions as required. The vets are very knowledgeable and will explore all avenues in order to resolve your pet's medical issues. The vets call you back promptly as soon as lab test results are in and give detailed explanations. If more intensive treatment is required (cancer treatments or bone surgery for example) the vets of L'Hpital Véterinaire du Village collaborate with the Centre Véterinaire DMV in Dorval. Thank you Dr. Cardinal and his team for years of excellent service.

Very friendly and polite. My cat was so comfortable and not stresses at all. Very happy with this place. Highly recommended. I know people get upset at the price but if you don't want to pay for the care of your pet then don't have one. Your pet is like your child, if your biological child deserves special care then same goes for your pet. If you don't agree then you should have a pet period. On numerous occasions I thought she was going to accidentally drop the pup. Now it could have been her personal dog but still no reason to handle an animal while poisoning you're lungs
