Rien à redire. Mon chien n'a jamais été aussi à l'aise avec une vétérinaire. Il jappe et est très stressée et pourtant, pas un mot avec elle. Douce, aimante... elle utilisait même des petits noms pour mon toutou. Super à l'écoute et je ne me suis pas du tout sentie forcée à suivre aucune des recommandations qu'elle m'a fait. Nous essayons de faire perdre du poids à notre chien et elle nous a même dit de passer si l'on voulait le faire peser en clinique pour un meilleur suivi, sans frais. Je comprends pourquoi ils ont une aussi bonne côte sur Google! C'est officiellement ma clinique maintenant! :)

Très bel équipe professionnelle, acceuil chaleureux et attention particulière a nos amours sur quatre pattes. Je suis cliente chez Lachapelle depuis 1982 et je peux vous dire j ai été bien accompagné autant pour la perte d' un animal que pour l arrivé d un nouveau. Merci a toute l équipe d aimer nos amours.

Que soit cette clinique ou leur deuxième succursale à Saint-Augustin, le service est toujours aussi amical et le soins haut de gamme. Le Dr Robert Lachapelle est dans une classe à part.

Ce n'est pas ma clinique habituellement, mais j'ai d y aller à cause d'une urgence. Excellent service, excellent prix et soucieux du bien-tre de l'animal! Je recommande cette clinique

Nous avions d entrer notre chien en urgence samedi matin pour un abcès à un oeil suite...

Nous avions d entrer notre chien en urgence samedi matin pour un abcès à un oeil suite à une rencontre avec un porc-épic. Une autre clinique vétérinaire que je nommerai pas n'avait pas fait le travail à 100% et l'épine avait fait son chemin, bien que je les avais avertis.
5 étoiles bien méritées!

Douce, aimante... elle utilisait même des petits noms pour mon toutou. Super à l'écoute et je ne me suis pas du tout sentie forcée à suivre aucune des recommandations qu'elle m'a fait. Nous essayons de faire perdre du poids à notre chien et elle nous a même dit de passer si l'on voulait le faire peser en clinique pour un meilleur suivi, sans frais. Je comprends pourquoi ils ont une aussi bonne côte sur Google! C'est officiellement ma clinique maintenant! :)
