They saved my ill cat and offered different options to try to accommodate our budget. I have had several visits and never feel forced to purchase anything. The staff is friendly and caring as well.

J'ai fait garder ma mémé de 18 ans un Shih Tzu de 6 livres et demi 4 jours en me disant que le meilleur endroit c'était chez un vétérinaire vu son grand ge.

J'ai fait garder ma mémé de 18 ans un Shih Tzu de 6 livres et demi 4 jours en me disant que le meilleur endroit c'était chez un vétérinaire vu son grand ge.
Elle voyait un vétérinaire d'un autre clinique de temps à autre et malgré son ge, ne souffrait pas selon eux. Je lui ai apporté ses bols surélevés puisqu'elle ne pouvait pratiquement plus se pencher et de plus elle était presque aveugle. Quand je suis retourné la chercher ils m'ont dit qu'elle ne mangeait pas et pourtant elle mangeait mme lors de nos absences. Probable qu'ils ne lui ont pas mis ses bols. Résultat et elle a fait un blocage intestinal parce qu'elle ne buvait srement pas assez et qu'ils lui on changé de nourriture. Ils lui ont administré un laxatif pour résultat une diarrhée à tel point que vu son grand ge on a du la faire euthanasier 3 jours après beaucoup de souffrances pour elle pour lui éviter de souffrir encore plus puisqu'elle était en fin de vie. J'aurais aimé qu'ils prennent la peine de me téléphoner nous étions à 4 hrs de route et nous aurions pu lui sauver des souffrances inutiles. Nos compagnons sont très précieux et plus jamais je ne confierai mon chien si un jours j'en ai un autre à des étrangers aussi compétents qu'ils l'annoncent.

Je suis arrivée avec ma chienne une Shnauzer miniature de 4 mois après une mauvaise expérience chez un vétérinaire. Ils ont toujours bien pris soin d'elle. 9 ans, elle a été diagnostiqué avec un souffle au cur et une insuffisance pulmonaire à 9 ans et avec la médication qu'elle a reu nous avons pu la garder jusqu'à 14 ans et 2 mois! Ils ont mme eu la gentillesse de signer personnellement une carte de sympathie!
