We are a progressive, passionate and caring team of individuals that loves and enjoys every day at work. Animal 911 Veterinary Hospital offers great personalized service for you and your pet. We have been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) since 1993. Accreditation by AAHA is considered the standard of excellence for any veterinary practice. In May 2011 we launched our newly expanded state-of-the-art facility with cutting edge equipment. With our large trained and caring staff, we are now able to offer complete veterinary care services, the most recent advances in medical knowledge, a full range of non-medical services for pets such as luxury boarding, grooming, canine education and all of that in an environment of warmth and personalized service.

This is what really happens!
Called this morning for an emergency appointment. My yorkie had been coughing and wheezing during the night and the morning was no better. I was told they were booked and I could get an appointment tomorrow. I took the appointment but I noticed that she was getting worse. So I called back and all I got was a non-caring “we’re full”. Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment with another vet clinic. It was determined that her oxygen levels were very low and she had pneumonia and time was of the essence.
BTW, she’s been going to 911 for the past 13 years! The values are no longer what they were.

My cat passed away and I had called to see if I was able to bring him here to be cremated even if I didn’t have a file with them, and I also wanted a paw print. The lady on the phone said yes and she will let the staff know I’m coming. When I got there, the girl at the desk wasn’t aware of anything. I had also told her that I wanted a paw print and she said it would be coming in the mail, 3 weeks and 3 phone calls later they tell me “it’s lost in the mail”. How can they be so careless at a moment like this?

Went here for a second opinion for my kitty with major allergies and I can't say enough good things. We're finally getting somewhere and she is (while it's going to be a long process) feeling better little by little. Needless to say this is kitty's regular vet now.
Clean, knowledgeable, boutique is stocked well, receptionists are friendly, there's good follow-up by email or phone when you need it.
Plus having separate areas for cats and dogs is always great.
Dr. W is amazing and I really appreciate and am grateful for the time and effort he put/is putting into getting to the bottom of her health issues.
I don't live in the area so it can be a bit of a hassle to get to the clinic but it's well worth it.

Years ago I needed to put down my cat. They were very compassionate about the whole thing, and even sent a handwritten card the following week signed by the whole staff. Nice touch.

They took very good care of my cat and I really appreciated how they called me every morning with updates and the vets talked with me every evening I visited her during her stay. Unfortunately she did not make it, and they helped provide her with the most comfortable end of life. Prices may have been a little up there, but we discussed a budget beforehand and they stuck to it.

After adopting are little pup we brought him to animal 911 for his booster shots the staff was nothing but amazing and so helpful and I would like to thank Dr.W for letting us know about an upcoming dental problem that are pup was going to have and for doing such a great job on his surgery all in all i have to say animal 911 is the best place to bring your beloved pets 5 star all the way keep up the great work.

Staff were courteous and friendly, took good care of my fur baby. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star, is they said they would call back in 10-14 days to follow-up and they never did.

Voici un copié/collé de ce que j'ai écrit sur mon propre mur FB: Nova a reu son premier traitement de laser ce matin avec Stephanie Luce-Gagne, j'espère sincèrement que a va lui faire du bien! On continue l'acu et l'osthéo. Il faut en prendre soin de nos petits vieux! De plus, sous peu, je devrais recevoir un programme d'exercices et apprendre quelques techniques de massage, le tout adapté à sa condition. Très satisfaite de ma première visite... Un Vet très médical et une Amazing tech (formé rehab) pleine de compassion avec un talent de vulgarisation qui se décrit comme faisant partie de la prescription et je le crois!

They refused to even look at an injured seagull. I worked a total of 40 years for 2 different Vets. both of which treated or if beyond help put to sleep any wild animal brought in for free. If the peo...
They refused to even look at an injured seagull. I worked a total of 40 years for 2 different Vets. both of which treated or if beyond help put to sleep any wild animal brought in for free. If the people that brought the animal in were unwilling or unable to care for it one of the staff ( 3-4 people ) would take it home if needed until it could be released. I understand they need to make a living but this is a wild animal, not my pet . It costs them pennies but no! Do not believe these people care one tiny bit about your or any animal. They care only for $$$$$. I am forced to give them 1 star to post this , I would rather give them none.
Fancy hospital; poor quality staff & policies.

BEYOND AMAZING ! Doctor and the technician were so delicate and professional towards my injured poor furry baby. It happened on a Wednesday and the closing hour was 8:30 pm, I got to the hospital around 8:15 , doors were open and welcomed us so warmly. Doctor even stayed late to check on my dog, we are so thankful for everything. I called a few times after regarding some question on the medication and my dog's behavior and all I get in return is a passionate employee being so patient and resourceful. Thank you Dr. Josee and Tanya from FAFA (aka FUFA) lol

I love this vet hospital. The staff is amazing and friendly, the prices are reasonable and the do care more about the animals than their poket. It's clean, they have a kitty adoption section, and if ever anything we can calk and they are always willing to give advise. I live it and so do my 2 cats, they don't mind going at all. 5 star in my book.

Went here for a second opinion for my kitty with major allergies and I can't say enough good things. We're finally getting somewhere and she is (while it's going to be a long process) feeling better little by little. Needless to say this is kitty's regular vet now.
