Great staff and extremely friendly. They take time to explain things to you about your pet's health. Been to other vet's before but I got better service here.

Flexible when it comes to making appointments and fitting us in. The vets don't push unnecessary procedures and tests, I feel like they give us straight info every time. Never a problem with English or French, they always ask which is better for us. Examination rooms are clean and tidy, the store and lobby is clean and organized. They aren't a big clinic so they can't do all the procedures of a larger vet and we had to go somewhere else to see a dermatologist for example, but otherwise very happy with our service here and our dog agrees. Wonderful vets and they love animals. Had another vet that could not clear my dogs' ear infection after 5 attempts and went to this vet and they cleared it up in one visit

They are for the money and not the pet. All they want is to run many tests that will cost you an arm and a leg. I did not find them to be very warming when giving information about the pets. They kind of tell you that all tests are for the health of the animal. I have been to other vets where they were sympathetic to animal and gave you the honest truth about some tests without making you feel like your a horrible person for not doing every test possible in the world.
They also don't care about the age of the dog since they wanted to operate on my dog that was 11 years old just to remove a bump that did not cause any problems (Over 500$ for the operation). My original vet said not to do it since it does not bother the dog and at her age we do not want to operate unless absolutely necessary.
Use your common sense if dealing with them.Read Less

They work as a business and not out of the goodness of their heart. Too bad.
