Service was great. But went to get the birds nails cut, I came home and found the box he was in full of blood. Thought they knew what they were doing.

Positive first experience with my puppy. Staff was friendly (reception, assistant and veterinary). They have a clean and nice installation. At the time I went, it wasn't crowded and felt comfortable. Although it was a LOT of information the veterinary (Michele St Pierre) took her time and explained it thoroughly to me. It was clear they have a staff that have experience on what they do and love the animals. Price is reasonable, but your mileage may vary, you're dealing with the health of your animal after all, not an off the shelf product. Also liked the comprehensive opening hours that allow me to go there after work.
Also find it interesting that the owner answers the critics to the establishment here at the reviews. Great attitude toward customer service.

After 10 years living in Canada has been the best Vet. Madjid Boussouira of all times, we met him 4 year ago. One of my dogs was operated for bladder stones on 2015 and my other dog had some lumps in the leg that also had been removed on 2016.The surgeries were great, great price, great service. I looked for the best price everywhere around South Shore and of course the hospital installations and the staff were important for my decision. Since 4 years ago I can say that has been always a really good experience and we trust him 100% .My dogs are doing great and they are not afraid to go to the Vet to check up to their vaccines every year. I also have recommended the clinic to some of my work colleges and I got pretty nice reviews regarding quality of service and $.

Dr st Pierre is the most kind hearted vet we have ever been to. It is plain to see that she genuinely wants you and your animal to feel at ease. She has taken care of both our dogs, performed surgery on one, and they are both in tip top shape. As for the establishment, the prices are fair, usually slightly lower than most other places. The service is fast, you never wait long for an appointment like in the human healthcare system. They also don't try to make you buy the most expensive food/medication/product. All of the vets we've seen here look for the most affordable option that will work.
Hands down the best vet I've been to an I've been to a lot. We live 45 minutes away but make the trip anyways. Highly recommended.

J'ai t la bas avec mon chat. Ils n'ont mme pas t capable de me dire c'est quoi mon chat avait mais mon donn antibiotiques quand mme. Aucun diagnostic t fait et encore moins de pronostic. Le vtrinaire avait l'air de ne pas savoir o il s'en va.
On ne donne pas des antibiotiques si on ne sait pas si c'est le bon.

Staff are nice, but I find them a little expensive. Asked the vet to clean my dog's ears, she said it was extra. This on top of the $400 I spent on a 10minute checkup and some heartworm pills.
