I was referred there so booked an appointment a week in advance. On the day of the appointment, we reach 15 mins early and have to wait for 'our' turn. 2 others that came after us get to pass in front of us. None of the staff bothers to say something. After an hour of waiting of not only having us wait, but keeping my cat caged, I ask why are these people going in front of us? The reply was '' it's an emergency'' and she turns around expecting me to settle with the fakeness when one of the 2 customers clearly expressed that she had run late. I decide to leave and said my cat had been there for almost 2 hours in the cage. Her instant response was '' I'll book you another appointment?''

Clinique O.K, secrétaires sympathique, vétérinaire qui savent ce qu’ils font mais soyez prêt à mettre le prix et à y retourner plusieurs fois.
C’est une clinique pour le “cash” et non pour les animaux en soie, récemment un vétérinaire m’a dit que l’on pouvait échanger un sachet de nourriture qui nous avait été offert (puisque notre chat de race Ne mangeait pas la nourriture) les prix étant couteux, j’ai essayé un autre échantillon que l’on m’avait donné, et que l’on m’avait DIT spécifiquement, que je POUVAIS l’échanger avec l’autre, j’arrive en clinique la même journée, avec un vétérinaire différent, pour me dire que finalement, fallait payer un autre sac (très dispendieux) de nos poches malgré ce que l’on m’avais dit le matin même. Au prix que je paie, et à la fréquence que j’y vais, ça donne envie de changer de clinique complètement.
La communication n’est pas forte, mais le prix l’est.
Très déçue des expériences que j’ai eu à cette clinique. Surtout quand notre animale de va pas et qui faut continuer de debourser sans arrêt.
Faites attention à ce que l’un dit, parce que l’autre risque de ne pas être d’accord!

Je la recommande sans hésiter !!! Je fais de cette clinique ma clinique pour mes autres animaux. Je suis allé à cette clinique pour la première fois hier. Mon chat n’était pas bien je me doutais bien qu’il pouvait être diabétique. Après un test mes doutes ce sont confirmés. Le Dr Yanick nous a expliqué la médication ainsi que les coûts reliés au traitement. Je devais prendre une difficile décision, le Dr Yanick a tellement été humain et sans jugement il nous a expliqué la façon de faire pour l’endormir et surtout nous a assurés qu’il ne souffre pas. A cette clinique les prix sont vraiment abordables ils n’essaient pas d’imposer des tests si ce n’est pas nécessaire. Merci beaucoup Dr Yanick !!!

On the recommendation of a friend I went there on May 12, 2016 with my two cats for a checkup and vaccines. Receptionist was very nice and helpful as was Dr. Charbonneau. He was very patient and explained things in detail. Love this clinic and will definitely be going back. Thank you and keep up the great work. It's nice to have people out there that love your animals as much as you do :)

He was very patient and explained things in detail. Love this clinic and will definitely be going back. Thank you and keep up the great work.
