I called for an emergency and the receptionist didn't even speak English. They couldn't even do a simple blood test. She redirected me to the most further veterinary clinic I could have possibly have gone to. The receptionist couldn't care less what my dog problem was, when I told her that I needed to see a vet right away she dismissed me like it wasn't her problem. Unprofessional, rude and careless. Will be taking my business somewhere else. If I could I wouldn't even give it one star. Read Less

The vets are good, but the prices are terrible, and they lied to us. We called to get my dog's certification of castration. They told us on two separate occasions it would cost 5$, then I was told that there would be taxes. Then I was told it would be a little more expensive, since he hadn't been castrated there. Fine, fair enough. I'm sure it would be something reasonable. After I took him in and they checked to see if he was fixed, they wound up charging me 65$ to check if my dog had balls or not. That is unacceptable. They shouldn't hide what they charge you and surprise you with a bill over 10 times higher than they said it would be. Read Less

Bonjour à tous, JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CE VTRINAIRE Pour vous expliquer ma situation, ma chatte est gée, elle avait du sang dans ses urines. C'est la première fois que l'on me donne si peu de conseil et d'explication. J'ai déménagé, alors j'ai eu plusieurs expériences avec divers vétérinaire. Mme si on na pas de prise de sang, ou test d'urine, il aurait pu me conseiller sur une bonne nourriture!! JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CE VTRINAIRE 1- Utilise des grands mots incompréhensibles. 2- Peu d'aide, peu de conseille. 3- Pousse bcp pour faire des tests. 4- Elle était plus concentrée sur un peu de tarte sur les dents de ma chatte que sur le problème en question!!! J'ai contacté mon ancien vétérinaire qui est trop long ;o( et ils ont pris le temps de me parler et me donner des options (bouffe, point à surveiller, effet secondaire des médicaments). Pas de diagnostique, mais, ils ont pris le temps de m'expliquer. Je trouve la Clinique Vétérinaire du Quartier, qu'ils ne sont pas attentifs au client a ce qu'il vive. déconseiller.
