I’ve been taking my dog here for 14 years, and have always had a pleasant experience until today. They’ve recently hired a new secretary (name will not be mentioned) who is extremely incompetent. First, she scheduled a follow up with a doctor who’s never examined my dog before, so we had to schedule another appointment and were still charged for the pointless visit. Secondly, she gave us senior cat food instead of the senior dog food we ordered, and when we went back she was quite annoyed and blamed us for the mistake. Needless to say, our experience with this employee was very frustrating and insulting!

J'ai adoré le service, c'est une très bonne clinique, le vétérinaire m'a donné des conseils très utiles et il a bien examiné mon chiot. Je reste avec eux, c'est certain.

Receptionist is dismissive and not very helpful. When you ask for something she ignores you. The vet seemed nice, but pushes for a whole bunch of vaccines. I am not going back, as I believe the receptionist is my doorway to the vet and if an emergency happens I simply do not want to deal with being dismissed..

I’ve been taking my dog here for 14 years, and have always had a pleasant experience until today. They’ve recently hired a new secretary (name will not be mentioned) who is extremely incompetent. First, she scheduled a follow up with a doctor who’s never examined my dog before, so we had to schedule another appointment and were still charged for the pointless visit. Secondly, she gave us senior cat food instead of the senior dog food we ordered, and when we went back she was quite annoyed and blamed us for the mistake.
