Jamais j'ai ressenti de pression de sa part et jamais que je me suis sentie mal a l'aise en refusant un soin parce que c'était trop dispendieux pour moi. elle a prit le temps de trouver des alternatives. toute l"équipe a été super professionnelle.

Belle clinique, les vets et techniciennes sont passionnées par leur travail mais on ne pose pas assez de questions sur l'animal avant de l'amener sans le maître! J'y vais avec mon chien et mon chat, et par 2 fois on a écrit des commentaires sur leur tempérament dans le dossier et je l'apprend à la visite suivante: on prend l'animal et on l'amène à l'arrière pour lui faire des injections et tests sans moi et on écrit dans son dossier (chien) qu'il a fait une "tentative de morsure" ...?? Mon chien ne mord pas, mais c'est quand même un animal; se peut-il que chaque fois qu'il va chez le vétérinaire et qu'il se fait tripoter partout et piquer, il ne tripe pas de se faire amener à l'arrière sans son maître? J'ai trouvé cela vraiment dommage et ça brise ma confiance envers eux, on ne m'a jamais averti de cela, et on n'a pas pris considération de son langage corporel: avait-il l'air inconfortable? Se peut-il que dans un environnement inconnu il ait besoin d'un point de repère qui le rassure?

We took our cat in for a checkup after a unrinary track infection. The process of making an appointment was easy and flexible.
Meeting the vet is a stressful experience as you hope your furry friend is back to his normal habits!
I was glad to hear what the vet had to say, she was professional and took our financial needs into consideration. She made recommendations and supported us through the process of our cat’s recuperation.
I had one of the best experiences if not the only! They were really caring and followed up with us at regular intervals. They even accepted to call us back when were not sure about something.
They were reassuring and now or cat seems to be back his normal self.
Thank you for your continued support through a very stressful time! Couldn’t ask for a better vet! Definitely recommending this vet clinic to any who are looking for a quality or service.
