I brought my dog, dying from kidney failure. I was ignored, not welcomed. I bought painkillers,which I didn't get the chance to give to my dog. My dog passed away a few hours after. We visited the hospital with my dog for the consultation about her condition and the doctor offered us to make a blood test, which costs more than 200 $. We agreed.  Then we spent about 1.5 hours waiting for our dog because they tried to make the test. The dog screeched a lot, usually she was normal with tests. They pricked her legs, neck and she was there for 1.5 hour ( the dog is less then 4 pounds). During all the time they told us that everything was fine and that it was already done. I was so nervous and angry but I can't have done anything. Finally the doctor told us they can't do anything, they didn't make the tests.The dog and we were totally shocked with such unprofessional behavior. Called on easter weekend when my cat started feeling very ill. Got an apointment an hour later and was taken in right away by the tech. The technicians there are top notch. Very human and pleasant, so are the receptionists. The vet is always willing to accomodate to your budget and is understanding. A+ technical skills all around! Having an animal is a privilege, if you are not ready to pay up whenever they get sick, don't get an animal. It is pricey, but knowing the work that goes into treating veterinary patients, this hospital is very reasonable. You cannot expect them to disgnose and treat your animal without tests and, well, tests cost money. We had to say goodbye to our baby that day, but the staff was very understanding and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Quite good. My cat was sick with symptoms resembling gastroenteritis. The initial estimate of the bill was quite expensive - more than my salary, however, the vet was very understanding with my situation and was able to bring down the bill and services to a manageable amount (with added responsibilities for me of course), while still providing the essential medical requirements for my pet. about 2 months ago my dog got very sick after eating garbage.. to make a long long story short she had eaten a mango pit that had ripped open her intestine and she nearly died. They did emergency surgery and were able to save her. They were great with my dog and still are by trying to help us figure out what she can eat that does not give her a bad reaction because she is a sensitive dog with allergies. Don't go there .. you take an appointement, you arrive on time and then 1h later you're in. They don't answer your questions clearly.. you stay concerned and then they charge you more than other places .. the receiptionist is soooooo rude .. unbelievable.. it's private .. we pay money and we want service and a smile Read Less

Overall, pretty good service. I bring my cat there and buy her food from there now, as well. I had 2 different veterinarians give my cat her shots; 1 was super gentle, and the other 1 was pretty rough. My cat was hissing at her, she's not a cat that typically hisses! They always do a follow-up phone call to see if she likes her new food, and when she is due for her next shots. Prices are good, hours are convenient. Read Less

I bring my dog there and is my frist experience of this vet. The service was horrible, rude employe the vet lady doctor is not responsible. Always saying more problem my dog have. pushing me to do more exam for my dog $$$$, pushing us to buy more medicine $$$$. 2 days later i bring my dog to an other vet and cost me 5 times less money and my dogs going very well now. I took my cat in for shots, the vet instilled fear into me pushing more vaccines then I came in for. I went home and did the research for the ones she pushed and successfully injected. I found out the risks that she did not mention, and was horrified. I don't understand why vets push more than necessary instead of caring for the actual animal. The system to me seems corrupt and I no longer feel safe or secure bringing my animal in for attention as vets often prey on the vulnerability of an owners love for their animal companions. So my cat had a infection on his tail. They games him a bunch of meds without really analyzing blood or anything. It was all guess work. After 3 visits, they ended just telling me that they need to operate on him to find out what was wrong for around 700$...I wasn't convinced so I went to a dermatologist that specializes in these kind of skin conditions and actually used a microscope and found out what was wrong with him. Stay away from this place, go somewhere that you have to pay a bit more upfront, but you won't have to go 3-4 visits and you will ending up spending way more. Read Less

I just bought my first puppy a week ago and decided to open a file with this vet hospital by recommendation.  The staff is very courteous and friendly and the veterinarian is knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me.This veterinarian hospital also has a boarding facility, an on-site grooming, and has a dog trainer.  Bonus: because my puppy and I were new clients, we got a free voucher for 20 minutes of dog training and a free bath (with nail trimming and ear washing)!
