LESS THAN 1 STAR ! ! ! Back in the day I took my dog here twice - NEVER AGAIN! I found the owner of this clinic, patronizing and condescending. We visited him at a time when my dog was very sick (it was life threatening, he could not stop vomiting and was detrimentally dehydrated). Luckily I have a vet in the family but she lives in the US, however she was able to tell me what my options were when I conveyed the problem. Dr Viancourt did not give me all the options at my disposal, further more I was prompted to leave my dog in (in his dire state) in the clinic overnight unsupervised, meaning there was nobody in the clinic overnight with the animals. I did end up leaving him hooked up to an IV overnight at the clinic, needless to say it was the longest night of my life. When I went back the next day and Dr Viancourt say me taking my dog home, he literally told me, while looking at other clients that I was a little girl who couldn't spend the night away from my dog and poor me! I was SO disgusted by this man and it became so clear that this old pompous ass hole had not the wellness of the animals at heart but the wellness of his pocketbook . Read Less

I have been to that animal hospital for many years with all my pets, even when Dr Pashayan was there and we always received above our expectation: care, services, comprehension and update care. I figure the prices are very reasonable for the services we got.GOOD MEDICINE COST and the institution as the accreditation of the American Animal Hospital Association witch is the most demanding association for quality pet/human care in the world. I don't understand what happened to the persons listed here with negative comments unless they did something that makes them fell very guilty toward their pets, these things happen and they always try to find a skape-goat. I've been coming here for many years now and the staff are very kind and professional. The doctors are considerate and take the time to explain everything. My animals are in capable and caring hands here and that helps get through difficult moments like these when a loved companion is in her last moments.Read Less

I have to agree with Alvaro: we have had several bad experiences with these people! For example, we are moving to the UK with our pets. The UK rules are very strict, there is no way out of them. Despite the veterinary told us that he was perfectly aware of the rules, and that he had prepared many pets for the UK, what he did was actually not following the rules! I asked the relevant institution for the UK pet travel scheme (DEFRA), and they confirmed that the veterinary was doing it wrong! But this is not the worst: every time we went there with the printed set of rules, the veterinary simply ignored them and made fun of us, saying that we had nothing to worry about!! In sum, this place is not where you want to bring your pets: the veterinary is incompetent, and disrespectful. Read Less

Do not leave your pet here!!!! We left our dog here for two weeks and a half and she came back with a huge cut on the neck.  They did not want to reimburse us for the stay which was almost $500.  The cut looks like somebody was pulling the dog on the same place all the time and they didn't even notice the cut, she had blood all over.
