We have always received excellent service for our rescue animals and the vets here are always more than willing to explain pros/ cons of any major surgeries they have done for us and take their time explaining aftercare instructions. We are so thankful for the level of care the staff has provided over the past 7 years and would highly recommend them to anyone with a companion animal!

Noticed blood in my dog's urine. Was able to see a Vet right away. Got a prompt diagnosis. Now after medication, & change of diet, my dog is back to driving me crazy with her energy.

Just visited them recently for a neuter/declaw. Went wonderfully and all is well. Kitty is healing great- happy and healthy.

Really not happy with how we are being handled. Our rabbit had been with us for ten years, a long time for a little guy like him, and he unfortunately passed away June 2nd. He was brought in by my brother to be sent for cremation. They told us he would be back the next week. It has now been 16 days and my mother called in to see where our little guy was. He hadn't even been sent out yet! The excuse was "We didn't know you wanted it rushed." NOT PLEASED AT ALL! This is not something to be taken lightly! Yes, you took good care of him nine years ago when he was neutered, but now that he's passed away it feels like you don't even care about him! This is tearing us down that we are being treated this way, and that he is being treated this way! He is FAMILY!

Had two dogs with random skin irritations even though the vet is a small guy he came in and cleaned up wounds on my two big dogs without any fear and he was quick to come and ask how they r doing now ...

Really not happy with how we are being handled. Our rabbit had been with us for ten years, a long time for a little guy like him, and he unfortunately passed away June 2nd. He was brought in by my brother to be sent for cremation. They told us he would be back the next week. It has now been 16 days and my mother called in to see where our little guy was.
