I wasn’t at all impressed with the receptionist lady, had a bad attitude with me over the phone. Never made eye contact with me when I was told my invoice was done and told me it wasn’t. Just plan rude even my daughter had said the same, like why be rude when I wanted to reschedule my appointment, and act rude about it only to over hear she scheduled another appointment for another client that wanted another date. Worst service ever from being lied to about an appointment for.my dog with an injured leg to being told he'd have to stay the day. They claimed they talked to someone who hasn't had anything to do with the dog for years even though it was me who they talked to. The older lady in the front needs to be removed as have been coming here for years from regina but will never again and will suggest to all I know to avoid it too as they don't care and they clearly don't want to help. My husband has been taking his animals to TM'z for over ten years; things were wonderful in the beginning. In late December, I brought our cat in to see if he was sick, and they asked if I wanted to get his vaccinations done at the same appointment. I said yes, but they forgot to do them at the appointment; then we got a call that evening saying that they forgot to do the vaccinations but that we could schedule him back at our convenience and there would be no charge for the appointment. We also live 40 minutes from the vet so it's not a quick little drive. I made an appointment for my convenience on a weekend, and it was for this past Saturday (earliest one that worked); I made the appointment specifically on a weekend since I have a 15-month-old daughter, and I didn't want to have to attempt to deal with both the cat and her at the appointment, and this way my husband could take him. Nothing was said to me at the time that I booked the appointment, and nothing was said to me about a time limit for this appointment. My husband took our cat in on Saturday and was surprisingly charged for the appointment. When he tried to figure out why since we were told we wouldn't be charged, he was told the manager would call him Monday. He left there less than impressed at the service. He never got a call back on Monday and had to call them. Long story short, they refuse to refund his money. We won't be going back to a place that does not honour their promises. It's really too bad. I had been a customer for over 10 years and I was extremely happy with them in the beginning but as many others have stated the service has been getting worse and worse over the years. My last appointment was for shots and one other issue. The vet forgot to do the shots and called me that evening apologizing and stating that I could book back in at my convenience and would only be charged for the shots and not the appointment. Of course when I went in for the shots they charged me for the appointment and refused to credit me back even though the receptionist showed me the note in the file that said I was to book in at my convenience for a no charge appointment (the cost of the shots was always my responsibility). Got my kittys spay done here. I am just glad that she came back alive, as some cats don't, unfortunately :( . She came back and was completely scared, her eyes were black, she was shaved poorly. We had came at 10am to pick her up, left at 1115am, waiting for the cat... Also, on top of it all, we were ripped off of medicine, got about a weeks less dose than what I paid for. Had an emergency with my sheltie Nova. We had gone camping this weekend to Douglas Provincial Park. While we were setting up Nova collapsed. I called and explained what was happening. It would take us over 2 hours to get there as we needed to take down the tent trailer. The veterinarian on call stayed until our 10 pm arrival. She worked with us and on another emergency until 1 am. She was very thorough and the team even did a little bum wash for Nova as he lost control of his bowels when he collapsed. Thanks. He feels better this morning. Read Less

Great staff! I take my rescue here - when she had her spay surgery they offered IV fluids to speed along her recovery, called us when her BP dropped during - quickly corrected it & informed us about everything. And it doesn't hurt that the spay was almost $250 less then what the Albert-North clinic quoted us! Front staff is super friendly & caring. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand's doing in this office. Awful experience trying to get my dogs records from them. At one point, we were laughed at. One day someone called us and said they couldn't figure out which dog she was despite having the id no. on the tag from their office an hour after another woman from the office spoke with the old owners to have them fill out paperwork to have the dog transferred to us. We gave up after 2+ months and had to start fresh with vaccines, allergy information, etc. Read Less

Have never been a fan of this clinic and have used them for at least ten years. They haven't don't anything to change my opinion in all those years and have only made it extremely worse. You're lucky if they answer the phone within the first five times of calling, and you're extremely lucky to get an appointment within a month even if it is an emergency. I've gotten very tired of dealing with the bad attitudes and customer service over the years. My latest issue is that when I was moving to a different clinic they claimed that it's illegal for them to give the pets health record to the owners and clients, which is a lie. Paid their expensive fee for my pets files to be sent to me, they claimed that to be illegal, and sent it to my new clinic instead, it took them three days and a phone call from my new clinic because they didn't get them yet for them to send the record. It's not illegal to have your pets health records, however it is illegal for the clinic to refuse to give them to you. Have been wanting to leave this awful experience of a clinic for years and have finally gotten the courage to. The gas, time, how shady they are, how often they lie, and awful services and experiences aren't worth the cheapness anymore. Would definitely not recemend this clinic and will make my opinion clear when asked about them. Read Less

The prices are good. The vets are nice. Everything else sucks. RECEPTIONIST ARE HORRIBLE!! Front end service and dealing with them is ridiculous. But once your in it is alright. The receptionist told me to wait for a form... I waited 30mins and finally asked them about it. They said I didn't need anything!! Waste of time. Started going to this clinic several years ago. At first were very happy, but over time have become very disenchanted. Service has dropped to zero. Last year our dog was hurt badly in a scuffle and they told us they couldn't get her in until late the next day. Took her to the Animal Clinic in Regina - surgery and a two night stay and she was ok. We took our 3 dogs out of TMz's care, but left our cats with them. I just called (took 4 attempts to get an answer) as our oldest cat is very sick. Asked to have him looked at and likely euthanized. I was initially worried after the massive expansion, that they would lose the personal touch. But they haven't . They are working to maintain the level of personalism and care that they are known for. If you do happen to encounter a less than 100% situation, they make it right. Tanya and the vets, lisa and support staff, all the techs and assistants ......thank you for giving us fur parents the peace of mind to leave our fur babies in your care with 100% confidence that they are loved, taken care of, and safe while they are there. TM'z clinic has been amazing to deal with for everything from yearly shots for my dog to week long stays with morning and evening phone calls to update me on his condition. Last night I had to sad good bye to my kitty Bella. Dr. Marshall has been absolutely amazing through this difficult time from when Bella initially got sick a week and a half ago and while I said my last good byes to my precious little girl. She spent a little over half of that time in the clinic and I was given updates on her health multiple times throughout the day from both the staff and Dr. Marshall herself. Yesterday I decided it was finally time to put our family dog down. He's been sick for a while, and spent a week at TM'z in February. The care then was beyond exceptional. It's all started around 8 years ago when our Pomeranian had was in a life or death situation and Dr. Tanya gave up her evening and rushed us in to save my dogs life. She did everything in her power to make us feel like family and that my baby would be ok. TM'z Clinic after that day became the one and only place fit for my animals and my support. Yesterday our cat turned very ill and TM'z was able to fit us in during regular hours to save us the after hours fee. We met with Dr. Murphy and after an initial examination my family and I decided to euthanize QT. QT was almost 14 years old and my kids don't really know life without QT in it. It was a very emotional decision and time for all of us. Dr. Murphy was excellent and compassionate. All of the staff were super and considerate. We appreciate everything that you did for us yesterday and although we are sad, we know that QT is no longer suffering.
