The service and care at this vet is good but the prices are getting absurdly high. Cost for a single x-ray for a cat are more than double the costs that my dentist charges to x-ray the teeth in my head. Will be looking for a cheaper place as they appear to be gouging. Read Less

My family have been taking our furry family members to Vic Vet Clinic for many years. These people deeply care about these creatures. They have done so much for my family in the past that when I decided to have a dog of my own, there was no question as to where they would go. Consistently calling back after procedures or new treatments to find out progress and the techs and front staff are always eager to say hello to either one of my dogs and are so happy to chat about "pet experiences". I have called in a panic, several times and every, single time I am met with calmness and kindness and they ALWAYS call back, if I haven't to check up on either dog I called in a panic about. I love all the staff and am grateful for their support and generosity throughout the years. I now have two dogs and the second is nicknamed "the destroyer" for a reason and I never doubt that when in need, Vic vet clinic will help.Read Less

Was just there, and we use to go there and it was great but as just being there the staff in the front seemed so snobby and the vet was nice but she said she was coming back as I had more concerns , but she never did come back to the room so the front staff just wrote up a bill for what could be done, wish tmz would of call me back today would save me a trip and would if had more knowledge, sorry that I brought my three kids in and out loving dog Read Less

Been coming here for years. All of the vets are amazing to work with. Recently had to say goodbye to our eldest dog and the staff were compassionate and Dr. Shtuka treated her with the most compassionate care in her final minutes. Dr. Shutka and staff are amazing. I'm always treated very well and my rats are always handled with the absolute best care. I always feel comfortable bringing my rat babies in and know they'll get the best treatment possible. I really appreciate the follow up phone calls too to see how they're doing and if I have any questions or concerns. The staff at this clinic treated my Husband, myself & our sweet little Chichi with enormous respect when we brought our little Chichi in to end her suffering. My Husband waited in the waiting room so they let me spend as much time as I needed with her before the end & made sure Chichi & I were as comfortable as could be. When the time came, they were so sweet & gentle with Chichi & before I left, I gave the doctor a big hug & thanked her for making this decision a bit easier. While my Husband waited in the waiting room, they kept checking & asking him if he was ok. They were even kind enough to give me a tuft of Chichi's hair in a little glass vile to remind me of her. My cat Cheyenne was very sick and the staff and Dr's there took amazing care of her. They treated her with the utmost care and concern. Unfortunately, she did not fully recover, but I did get to spend some quality time with her before she left us. The staff there also showed me compassion and were very kind to me at the end. Today I received a sympathy card in the mail signed by all the staff. They also included Cheyenne's paw prints that they made on some heavy paper. It was totally unexpected and brought tears to my eyes. It was like they had read my mind as I had been regretting not doing that for myself before I said good bye to my faithful friend. I will continue to take my her sister there for any care she may need in the future and recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a place to take their furry friends. Read Less

Spent $130 on examination and meds to be told my dog might have have cancer in the nerve and might need tests for x-Ray and ultra sound, to find out later that night all he had was fleas. However the staff were friendly and gave treats. Read Less

Victoria Veterinary Clinic saved my cat's eye. Dr. Rymes and the staff took excellent care of my cat, Kyla, who was struggling with eye disease and respiratory issues (coughing). I never thought my cat was going to recover but their team stood by my side for the past 8 months and found the best treatment for her. I appreciate how they checked in on my cat's progress and showed genuine care and concern. Through their recommendation, my cat was also seen by Dr. Bauer, Veterinary Ophthalmologist, who provided guidance as well. I love the amazing doctors and staff that work around the clock at this clinic! My husband and I couldn't be more thankful for the care and consideration that's always been given to our furbabies and ourselves when we are overwhelmed with anything. Dr. Shtuka was one of the first people we got to see and immediately she calmed my anxiety down and started with the smaller simpler solutions that wouldn't completely drain our bank accounts. She saved my cats life and has given all three of my cats a new lease on life. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my animals care and when we go on trips my cats are happily on holidays watching birds out the windows and enjoying the big fish tank. Brought our 3 cats in today for their yearly checkup and immunizations and once again you guys are the best! From the service I received over the phone when I booked all 3 of them in, to the very end of their appointments today.
