All my experiences have been overwhelmingly positive at this vet clinic. All the techs and vets are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have referred people to this office as they are so caring and passionate about their job. They always give you options as to what procedure is best for your pet and what price range you would be looking at. The prices are very reasonable. I've been so impressed with all of the staff at Woodridge Vet. They are all so caring and compassionate. Sadly we had to put our beloved cat down who had been with us for nearly 20 years. Dr. York came to our home. She was so kind sensitive. It was a very difficult time and decision. She was very reassuring. They sent us a beautiful sympathy card and a beautiful reminder of him. Raven and I went here for the first time today, as we were recommended to go there by our wonderful dog walker, and we couldn't be happier!!!!!!!! Everyone was so cheerful and helpful, you could tell they all loved their career choices. You can always tell when people are generally animal lovers, and this group totally fits that category. My husband and I had taken our dogs to this clinic for years. Dr. Jenny York and all her staff are amazing. They treated our pets like their own family. I can't even begin to express how much compassion and caring they have. Just yesterday, Jenny took time out of her weekend to come into the clinic to put down my beloved dog that I had for 15 years just so he didn't need to suffer another day. Amazing and friendly staff. My little puppy is easily scared and nervous and they go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable. They put my mind at ease whenever I get paranoid about the little things, never making me feel like I was being stupid or annoying with my many questions and concerns. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE THEY ARE VERY UNEDUCATED AND CARELESS. They gave the wrong medication to my poor dog that I love so much and he passed away my heart is broken forever because of this. You have been warned, if you love your dog as much as I do please either change locations or look elsewhere. I'm never gonna stop fighting for what they did. I miss my dog so much.Read Less
