We had a very sick little Pygmy goat since Sunday morning. We cannot thank Aili & the staff at Riverview Bandon enough for their prompt response & wonderful care. She spent an overnight in the Clinic without which I doubt she would have survived. They sent videos & messages to update us on her progress throughout which was truly comforting. As you can see from the pic, she is back home this evening & back to her mischievous self.

Superb vet with absolutely fantastic staff. Not only knowledgeable and supportive, but also very human and caring.
Riverview has taken care of my cats for quite a while now. They have provided great customer service especially when an emergency came up. Even in the most awful situations, literally the worst case, of an animals death, the team has been superb and super super helpful. They took care of all administrative tasks for me, and also followed up with ne multiple times personally to see how I was doing after that event.

Never ever again.... the vet in Carrigaline wanted to put down my German Shepherd saying that his hips are so bad that's it's better for him to pass away... it turned out that they couldn't do a prope...
Never ever again.... the vet in Carrigaline wanted to put down my German Shepherd saying that his hips are so bad that's it's better for him to pass away... it turned out that they couldn't do a proper x-ray and that they couldn't lay him down straight eventhough they used anesthesia... haven't seen more unprofessional crowd ever!! Be warned!!!

So impressed with Ger Campbell and his team, dropped off my cat to get spayed and she came back the same day full of life, she was eating and resumed normal activity within 3 hours. Amazing people and they put up with my million questions as a first time owner. Great work guys, highly recommend Ger (Kinsale) and the team of nurses and admin staff in Carrigaline offices. I Have been going to Riverview in Ballincollig for a number of years with my foster pups and dogs, The care given is second to none and i always find them so helpfull and they take time with each dog and dont rush you at all. Though i Live in Douglas i now travel to Ballincollig with my own dogs for vaccinations and treatments.I also find them so good when i have a query with the many foster pups, they always give good sound advice on the phone and that in this busy world of ours is rare. Thank you for all the times you have cared and given advice and reassurance and top class treatment at good prices.
