My dog Belle was vomiting all morning. Rang Acorn to see if they would have a look at her even though they were closed & it was no problem. The vet out there (Andrew) was absolutely fantastic. It was clear that he genuinely cared for the health of my dog. Very friendly toward her even though she was afraid. Cannot stress enough how good this vet was. Really helped us out. I would highly recommend acorn veterinary clinic mallow to anyone who is worried about the health condition of their pet. 10/10

I wouldn't recommend giving this Vet a dead dog. They groomed my dog and in doing so they shaved his testicles and let him with s severe graze on them and on top of it they never told me I had to disc...
I wouldn't recommend giving this Vet a dead dog. They groomed my dog and in doing so they shaved his testicles and let him with s severe graze on them and on top of it they never told me I had to discover his injury when I got home. I rang to complain I was told they would offer me his next grooming free!!!! like I would even dream of handing him back to them after the injury they caused him...I do not recommend anyone using this Vet for anything

AVOID - if you have an emergency avoid ACORN VETS like the plague. Humbug our cat was admitted for an EMERGENCY PROCEDURE at 2:00am Saturday Morning due to a urinary blockage. Bladder was drained and ...
AVOID - if you have an emergency avoid ACORN VETS like the plague. Humbug our cat was admitted for an EMERGENCY PROCEDURE at 2:00am Saturday Morning due to a urinary blockage. Bladder was drained and an attempt to unblock him that day was made without success. Sunday little was done, and we were not permitted to see him. First thing monday morning we saw him and he was in a terrible state, hed lost his voice due to the stress of being in a small cage and the veins on his front paws were blown. We were promised that he would be given the procedure to free up is urinary track that afternoon (why it wasnt properly done sooner is a mystery especially considering another vet was able to do it in an hour). That promise was broken - vet was out on call, yet the other vet did not do the procedure even though this was an EMERGENCY SITUATION and 3 days had passed. We were also promised a call to update us - that never happened, i had to call. After hearing more excuses I removed our cat from their "care" and took him to the Cat Hospital asap (6:10pm) where he was treated and his urinary tract freed up within the hour. Unfortunately it was too late. Humbug was in renal failure and passed away 5:30am Tuesday morning. Incompetent and uncaring bunch of cowboys. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU AVOID ACORN VETS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PETS WELLBEING. We will not be returning with our other cats and after 3 days and 300euro bill from Acorn, all we have to show for it was a severely distressed cat who later perished due to their neglect.

Gorgeous staff, gorgeous bedside manner and will take care of your babies as if they were there own!

My dog Belle was vomiting all morning. Rang Acorn to see if they would have a look at her even though they were closed & it was no problem. The vet out there (Andrew) was absolutely fantastic. It was clear that he genuinely cared for the health of my dog. Very friendly toward her even though she was afraid. Cannot stress enough how good this vet was. Really helped us out. I would highly recommend acorn veterinary clinic mallow to anyone who is worried about the health condition of their pet. 10/10

I wouldn't recommend giving this Vet a dead dog. They groomed my dog and in doing so they shaved his testicles and let him with s severe graze on them and on top of it they never told me I had to discover his injury when I got home. I rang to complain I was told they would offer me his next grooming free!!!! like I would even dream of handing him back to them after the injury they caused him...I do not recommend anyone using this Vet for anything
