After going so many years , we won’t be coming back there. Shockingly poor service from the front desk. Receptionist got very personal started to raise voice and ask do I have problem with her rather than trying to solve the problem. I was overcharged for the treatment which I specifically inquired on the phone and got a price from two staff (receptionist and the vet). After the procedure price has increased and there was nothing they could do. Sorry for miscommunication which cost another €45.
