I have to say that I was overwhelmed with the level of professionalism displayed by all members of the team at Clontarf Veterinary Hospital.
Previously, and for over 30 years, we had taken our pets to a different practice, but sadly we were losing faith in the care provided at that practice.
However, following a strong recommendation from a friend, we decided to take our new kitten (Phoebe) to anicare vets at Clontarf.
Now, as any pet owner will tell you, a visit to the vet is a process and not just a single event. The initial phone call to make an appointment was handled courteously, efficiently and professionally. When we arrived for our appointment that afternoon, I was immediately reassured by the level of activity in the reception area. This was a busy practice accustomed to handling multiple clients simultaneously.
Phoebe was examined by vet Tanis Turley, one of the practice leaders, I believe, and I was immediately reassured by her skill, ability and professionalism. This lady is clearly from the top drawer and at the top of her profession.
On subsequent visits, Phoebe was seen by other members of the practice and it was evident that the same level of care and professionalism is provided throughout the practice by all members of the team. In particular, Phoebe was recently spayed by Tanis and we were delighted and thrilled by the level of care she received and with the speed of her recovery after surgery.
I am particularly grateful to my friend Denis, who advised me to take Phoebe here in the first place. My advice to other pet owners is simple. Take your pets here - you love them and they deserve it! Read Less
