Really lovely staff 🤩 they take great care of our little pup Milo and clearly love animals! Lots of free health checks and the vets are really positive and gentle. Milo had a tick on his neck and the nurse removed it for free, which I couldn't believe. I've just signed up to the health plan so let's see if it gives us good value! We've visited Village Vets Clonsilla with our puppy Toby on a few occasions now. All the staff are very professional, extremely helpful and it's obvious when you meet them how much they all love animals. Great pet care plan so you can spread the costs of checkups, worming tablets, flea treatments and annual vaccinations. Would highly recommend this veterinary practice. Read Less

Fantastic vet clinic. Had my dog Vada there a few months ago for a Heart Scan with Mark and was very happy with the whole team. Especially because she couldn't be fully sedated due to a heart murmur and they still managed to do the scan with no problems. Read Less

Myself and my husband have been with Hillcrest Veterinary since our Westie was a pup and he is coming up to 17yrs. Mark and all the staff are very professional, careing, and have your dogs interest at heart, they treat them as if it was one of their own. They work very hard and so such a terrific job and always have time to talk and re-assure you especially if your a little worried when your pet is in for a procedure be it for a little thing or something more major. I cant praise them enough and would be lost without them especially in the last few months. I am very grateful to them all and cant thank them enough for all the good work they do and loving caring way they take care of your dog. Brought the wee fella to get his nails trimmed as they were like talons. He gets very nervous in other vets and hates strangers fiddling with him (rescue dog syndrome). The vets made him feel very relaxed, were able to muzzle him for safety and we were in and out of in 5 minutes with a waggy tail. Great value for money - They only charged 15 euro, where a lot of places would charge you a full vet fee (like my previous vets). I will be using Hillcrest from now on! Read Less

Staff here are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure you and your pet are well looked after in times of stress and sickness! I have only been unlucky enough to have to visit a couple of times in the past few years but I have always been happy with the service! I brought my spooky body sensitive Husky here to be seen to by Mark last week with some mystery symptoms that I was really worried about and he really took his time with her and was very patient to ensure she was as chilled out as possible! After a thorough examination he administered anti-inflammatorys for a pulled muscle in her back and took plenty of time to explain her meds for the week and put me at ease. The clinic is kept spotless and is divided into two seperate buildings, the one on the right is Just for Cats. They stock the usual vet recommended foods and meds, have a clean waiting room and a couple of appointment rooms. They have a spacious car park in front of the practice and take card payments! I used to go there many years and never had any problems. That was a small place but family friendly. My dog used to have all his vaccines and boosters there. He has recently developed a little cist on top of his head so I rang them. I asked if it would be OK to drop in for a minute to tell me what they thought about it. They made me wait one full hour In their lobby. Eventually somebody came and took him in a room, made a full check, weight him ( he had a booster check with them one month before) . I have to hold him because they don't even want to do it themselves which is hard because I have a bad arm. They told me to     Come back and invoiced me 40 euros ! Customer service zero! Be careful they are after your money big time. No recommended to go there. Read Less
