Super nice, helpful and fast staff. Doctors are very caring aswell, talking time to look after each and every animal and pet. We have a cat, so we are regulars there and see a lot of animals brought in. Once even a turtle, which was found in Phoenix park and it was taken in no problem.Read Less

I brought my dog in serious condition and they took her straight into surgery and saved her,no other vet would do it unless I had 100 euros up front,they are so good and the vet is brilliant,best vet around that really cares for your pet. Read Less

We brought our dog to Cara vets for the first time on Thursday. Unfortunately our dog was very sick and we put him to sleep. I was very happy and satisfied with the staff and how we were stealth with during this sad time. I would not go anywhere else now other than Cara vets. We've been going to Cara for over 6 years with our bunny Biscuit. A lot of places treat anything that's not a cat or dog like an afterthought but Cara have always been exceptional. We had a tough time last year, it was very touch and go but Cara were with us every step of the way and kept us informed. Luckily she came through and is back to loving life! Every time we bring her in she gets 5 star treatment and I always feel confident leaving her in the hands of Jenny, Syd, Tracey, Kirsten, etc. The biggest plus for me is that you can tell they actually all care which is worth its weight in gold. All the staff in Cara are brilliant. They are very helpful and understand that our pets mean the world to us. My dog has had a few things wrong with her, she can be a difficult patient and I have always felt she is very well looked after. If I have any worries about her health I can always call them and if the reception staff can't help (thought they usually can) they will always ask the advice of a vet. During consultations the vets go through everything with you and never rush an appointment so you have plenty of time to discuss any concerns. The aftercare service and post-illness/post-surgery check ups are by far the best I've come across in any health care clinic. I wish GPs were more like the vets in Cara! I highly recommend registering with Cara Veterinary Group so that your pets will get great health care. Read Less

I think Cara have let themselves down badly they let a two year old and a five year old Little boys go to bed tonight crying their eyes out not knowing if their puppy poppy was dead or alive. Instead of being compassionate as their mission statement states they Are their vet witheld all information regarding the puppy unless he was given 100e. This is putting profit before compassion and is unprofessional in Every way. Its a Total disgrace to see a family sobbing and still dont know if poppy is dead or alive. Im a Staff nurse and thank god that Our Medical profession Are not allowed to put profit before health . Disgrace and shame on you Care vet Group. Read Less

Syd, Tracey, Rosie and all the nurses at Cara care are beyond amazing, they really care about your pets and do everything they can to ensure both your pet and you are happy and reassured. Whenever our cats go in for surgery ( it happens more they you would think... ) they always keep us updated throughout the day meaning I stop worrying :) We lived in town for a while and used to drive past numerous other vets with a screeching cat in the car just to get to Cara as they are so good.
