I took five of my rabbits (Barbarella and four of her offspring) to be neutered here by Jennifer O'Rourke, who had them all taken care of beautifully within two weeks. As a life long rabbit owner, I know how hard it is to find a vet who specialises in rabbits/ exotics, and is fully aware of all the complications that can occur - especially for female rabbits. I knew from talking to Jennifer that they were in the safest hands possible. Incredibly, all my rabbits came home happy, healthy and full of beans! They are all healing perfectly and are ready to live happily ever after. The aftercare was very reassuring and informative, and all the staff I met at in the hospital were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all so much :-) Read Less

I love PVH - ALL the staff, without exception, are kind and sensitive to both the pets and their owners. I have a very nervous Boarder Collie, Daisy, and she is always treated as a total princess and with great sensitivity, which makes bringing her a joy rather than a trauma.
