I write this with much disgust and a broken heart on how my dog molly was treated by the staff and so called vet, all they were interested in was money and pumping tablets into my dog, the staff have no manners.. my dog passed away in my arm's Christmas night as she took a massive heart attack and the so called vet never told me she could go at any time.. I would not recommend this vet what so ever as it was the hardest thing ever to lose my dog in my arm's.. she wasn't old either as she was only 6. I'd advise people to make sure you do not bring your animal to this vets. It dosent even deserve 1 star. Read Less

Nikki & Suzanne were excellent during the 9 years I had Honey. I had huge support during her diagnosis & subsequent treatment of her diabetes and then her lymphoma diagnosis & referral to UCD veterinary hospital with follow ups at Priory Vets. A great team with great interpersonal support & understanding. I was able to plan, discuss and put Honeys end of life plan in place with Nikki & Suzanne in advance before the time came so that they knew my wishes in advance which caused less stress and upset to me at the time.
